It took me way too long to calm down, but I have no arms, legs, or limbs. I am an icosahedron, and I have a computerized voice. But none of that matters, though, because I have a quest to finish. “Okay, okay, uh, system, how do I choose a name?"
Response-
You may interact with your status through verbal commands, intent, and imagery. It is suggested you select your name before your class and your class before your skills, as your name will change your affinities, which will change the available classes, which will change the available skills. A name like Burning Plains would give you a class like Volcano or Desert, and a volcano class would give you the skills necessary to create a dungeon and ecosystem built on fertile plains around a volcano.
“Oh, okay. Thank you. So my name is more than just a name; it’s more like an area name from a video game. Hey system, will I be able to make xenobots eventually?”
Response-
Your job is necessary, but you are not confined to terraforming and dungeon building. You may partake in other activities as long as you have the resources.
When I opened my status, I quickly changed my name; it was easier to think up a few names than choose one from that list.
Name: Arcane Forest Race: System Core Class: Terraformer* HP: 25/25 MP 25/25 TP 25 DP 25 Skills* Traits* Inventory
Afterward, I selected class and brought up a completely different menu.
Class: Terriformer*
Description: An all-rounded terraformer
Stats: Unlocks the stats Wisdom, Intelligence, and Luck
Class: Tropical Rainforest
Description: Tall, looming trees with uncountable lifeforms make this a true haven for nature. With constant rains and plenty of nutrients, life thrives here. It is known for being full of rare plants and animals, both dangerous and necessary for many fields of science.
Stats: Unlocks the stats Wisdom, Intelligence, Nature, Danger
Class: boreal Forest
Description: A region filled with evergreen trees and sparse amounts of life that survive here; what it lacks in biodiversity and life, it makes up for with the sheer resilience of those who live here.
Stats: Unlocks the stats Wisdom, Intelligence, Constitution, Resilience
Class: Mountainous Boreal Forests
Description: A mountainous region filled with evergreen trees and sparse amounts of life that survive here, what it lacks in biodiversity and life, it makes up for with the sheer resilience of those who live here.
Stats: Unlocks the stats Wisdom, Intelligence, Constitution, and Wealth
Class: Mushroom Forest (Warning, not system generated)
Description: The Fey King of Spring has deemed fit to offer you his blessing. If you accept this class, you will be expected to serve the Fey King of Spring.
Stats: Unlocks the stats Wisdom, Intelligence, Spirit, and Loyalty
“So uh, what do these stats do?”... “Hello? No help here at all?” Since the system won’t help, I guess I will just mull it over alone. I find it interesting that I can choose to stay as a Terraformer, but ultimately, that seems like a poor choice as it has one less stat than any of the others, not that I know what stats do. Mushroom Forest is out because, well, I don’t think I have ever heard a traditional story where the Fey is friendly, and I don’t want to get involved with that; plus, it seems like it is all around the Fey king of Spring. Constitution and resilience seem too similar, so the Boreal Forest is out. Between the Mountainous Boreal Forest and Tropical Forest, the Tropical Rainforest is closest to what I imagine. “I want the Tropical Rainforest, please!”

"So what does any of that mean?"
Response-
HP is your health; if it hits zero, you will die, and it will regenerate at 5 a day. MP is your mana; it is used for spells and skills, and it will regenerate based on the mana in the environment. TP is Terraformer points; it is used to purchase organism templates and terraforming skills from the system shop(Later). DP is for Dungeon points, which lets you purchase trap templates, monster templates, and dungeon-related skills. Intelligence is what determines your maximum MP(2.5 per intelligence). Wisdom increases your mana regen(For every point in intelligence, you need a point in mana to regen the same percent in the same timeframe). Nature affects how fast plants will grow in your region, will also increase the health of your ecosystem, and will make medicinal plants more prosperous. Danger Affects how fast things evolve and mutate(Note: things can evolve within the same generation if danger and the magic density are high enough). It will also make the dangerous traits of organisms more potent.
"Oh, thank you okay, what do I do for skills?"
Skills Excavate: Earth Active: Disintegrates earth Fill: Earth Active: summons earth Spawn: Monster
Active: Spawns a monster
Passive: Can gain templates from monsters that die in your region
Spawn: Organism
Active: spawns an organism
Passive: Can gain templates from organisms that die in your region
Choose Three

Active: Summons rain
Passive: Rains once a month
Fill: Water
Active: Summons water
Enhance: Nutrients
Active: Enhances an object's nutrients
Passive: Soil is more fertile in your region
Enhance: Danger
Active: Increases the dangerous properties of an organism or monster
Enhance: Growth(Plant)
Active: Rapidly mature a plant
Passive: Spawned plants will automatically be mature
Spawn Efficiency: Medicinal Herb
Passive: Makes Spawning Medicinal Herbs cheaper. Higher chance for medicinal properties to naturally evolve or magically mutate
A lot of the choices are good, but since I don't think I am starting with anything really, I am going with the rain, growth, and nutrients. That way, I don't really have to worry about rain, and I don't have to wait before my plants are able to reproduce. Plus, that fertility bonus is just too good; I would get the medicinal herb, but I think my Nature already has enough medicine going. With that out of the way, onto traits.
Traits Choose one Arcane Nexus Mana is attracted to your region, increasing mana density. Fay Forest Fay gates spawn in your forest, which may release a fay creature that the environment mana density can support Magical wildlife Magical mutations are more common
I really don't like all the Fay choices I am getting; It's kinda scaring me; this is twice now, so that's out automatically. I am really tempted by the Magical wildlife; it fits so well, but I think mana density will end up being more important to the growth of the ecosystem, so I go with that one. One last look over my status before moving on.
