On a seemingly normal day, in a frozen wasteland, in a ruined city, under a decrepit metal tower, a soft feminine voice speaks.

A young man, inside of a strange box yells and contorts in overwhelming pain. However, this only lasts for a few seconds before the man loses consciousness.
Over the course of the next several hours the young man’s body changes. His legs lengthen. His waist shrinks. His ears and teeth lengthen. His skin becomes pale. his hair becomes pure white and lengthens. If one were to look closely, they would notice a faint light coming from it.
After four hours, the young man’s eyes open.

[Class compatibility error … Changing class to Lunar Cryomancer(B).]
The young man, who just so happens to be Noah, held his eyes open for only a few seconds, quickly losing consciousness again.
Unbeknownst to Noah, several people happened to be looking through the ruined city above him.
“Hey Ash, are you sure this is the place?” A man with blue skin and black horns extending from his forehead whispered. He held a short sword that appeared to be made of a red crystal-like substance.
“How often am I wrong Darren?” A small woman with pointed ears and long light green hair said. she was practically covered in jewels and accessories.
“Quiet you two! We trust you Ash, but this tower is almost completely empty. Do you really think something worth our time is here?”, An exceedingly muscular man with a very large sword on his back said quietly.
“Yeah, I do Dan, there were some serious waves coming from over here for a few hours. Whatever caused that has to be worth a fortune. I’m talking a few reds here, that’s how much energy this thing gave off.”
Stolen from its rightful author, this tale is not meant to be on Amazon; report any sightings.
“You always say it’ll be a few reds, we usually only get a few gold.” The man named Darren mumbled.
“Shut it, this time I know I’m right. I’m going to search now.” Ash sat on the ruble strewn ground, crossed her legs, and closed her eyes. Several rings started to glow, and several incoherent words were mumbled.
After almost an entire hour, the young woman shot to her feet, an excited gleam in her eyes.
“Hehe, this tower is obviously useless!” Ash shamelessly announced.
“What the hell are we here for then!” Darren yelled.
“Darren! You want to attract the remnants? Ash, tell us what you actually found before we’re swarmed by those things.”
“Aww, how’d ya know I got something? Whatever, there’s a hole in the ground. It goes at least 50 feet down that’s as far as I can see. I can almost guarantee we won’t be disappointed with what we find!”
The group bickered for a few more minutes before heading to the concealed hole. Ash mumbled a few words, and a faint rumbling could be felt. After a few minutes the ground above the hole split, revealing a square hole straight down. More rumbling and stones jutted from the steep sides. A few minutes later and the small group found themselves in a fairly well preserved and dark hallway.
A word is spoken by Ash, and a few small balls of light appear, spreading out through the hallway. The three were shocked by the simple hallway. They had never seen such strange doors. Not to mention the transparent panels on the ceiling with no apparent purpose. And the fact that such a sturdy chamber could be built so far underground with no magic supports. The ancients were truly an impressive people.
The group all silently agreed that the place they were in was a legendary discovery. Ancient relics and artifacts could certainly be found behind every one of those doors. Forget reds, they might be in Blue territory with this place.
“HA HA, it seems like you finally did something useful Ash!”
“Fuck off Darren” Ash mumbled, still recovering from the discovery.
“Welp nothing to do but open some of these!” Darren shouted.
“Wai-“
Boom!
Darren kicked one of the doors. Said door had a new, foot shaped hole.
“Shit” Darren pulled his leg out of the still standing door, while Ash was clutching her stomach laughing. Fully back to herself after a good laugh. Though she still had a strange feeling.
“Darren, you gotta be more careful, that could’ve blown up or something. You never know what these places have in them.”
“Yeah, Yeah, it didn’t though. I’m still going in.”
A few seconds later and Darren had peeled the door apart and entered the room. There were tens of strange silver tubes, with holes on the ends and strange wires attached to them. The group could see boxes with switches, and buttons. Thin squares of glass that appeared black, and several mirrors.
“Darren! Don’t touch anything. We can sell this place to an agency that won’t damage it. Let’s look for something we can use to convince them to come over here.”
While Darren and Dan talked about their plans, Ash seemed distracted, and was staring at one specific door. Her instincts were screaming at her. A new experience.
“Guys. Open that one. I’ve got a feeling.”
“Ohhhh, another feeling I see. Well, the last one led us here, so I guess its worth a look.” Darren still had a broad grin on his face, thinking about all the money he was about to make.
The boys walked over to the door Ash pointed at and quickly tore it away.
“Wait!” Ash shouted.
Darren, of course, completely ignored her. Dan on the other hand looked over at Ash and saw an unfamiliar expression on her face. Fear.
Several seconds passed with Ash frozen in place, and Dan debating following Darren, when suddenly.
"Hey Dan, Ash! There's an elf in this weird box!"
