“sweetie, your father recently came with some worrying news to say the least.”
Lucius was completely stunned for a couple seconds. ‘Worrying? Is there actually something my mother considers worrying? The same woman who subdued a wivern and called it “workout” can be worried?”
after regaining his composure from the initial shock Lucius’ eyes instantly switched from his mother to his father, who currently had an heavy expression that made him look almost ten years older, as Lucius was about to ask him what were the news he started talking:
“Two dragons are having a territorial dispute a couple thousand miles away from here.”
… ¨Shit.” Lucius couldn’t believe the news he just hear from his father, he didn’t even realize he muttered the curse out loud.

His mother was already beginning to scold him when his father (obviously prepared for such a reaction) already started defending him.
”come on dear, he’s having a completely ordinary reaction, this is a huge crisis.”
