Hello again everybody,

As you may have noticed, chapter updates this week have been slow… I’d like to apologize for that. I’ve spent many nights over the past week sitting at my computer and writing, but the quality/depth of story that I want to post just isn’t there at the moment. The best way to describe it is: the right ideas haven't hit me yet.

For the next few months I’ll just be posting chapters whenever I can. I’m assuming it’ll be 1-2 chapters a week once I get back in the groove, but I can’t promise anything. The next chapter will probably be a few more days.

Primarily, I want to maintain the quality that I’ve been putting out, if not raise it. I have so much planned for this story down the line, but I’d feel bad hyping it up if I deliver chapters that are just meh in the meantime. When I properly set up my patreon page, I’ll definitely set up a more concrete writing schedule.

For now, it’s safe to assume that I’m dropping out of this month’s writathon… Sorry to all who were rooting for me, and thank you to everybody who cheered me on! For anybody wondering, I have posted the writathon’s required word count during april (or very close to it) but since some of the earlier chapters were backlogged from the week before, I asked the moderation team to lower the total. I’ve done a writathon’s worth of writing the past 35ish days on this story though, so I am at least proud of that.

If any of you would like to share thoughts/comments/questions/complaints/support, please feel free to pm me or leave a comment! Many previous comments/pms have encouraged me a ton! If there's anything you'd like to know, I'd also be happy to share.

Lastly, another minor announcement, I’m just starting work on a litrpg story! I think having two stories to write will benefit me, so I can work on whichever one I feel like working on. When I’m burnt out from one I can work on the other - sort of like taking a break while still writing. I think I’ll upload the first chapter sometime in May. We'll see how it goes though.
