Everything seems silent. The sound of London, the busy streets and the local street musicians, it’s all nowhere to be heard.

Suddenly, someone wakes up. He wears a blue t-shirt, has green eyes, brown hair and has apparently never heard of brushing his hair.

Shocked and confused, he says “What the-”.

Loud ticking of seemingly a clock can be heard.

But how would that be possible? This is a dark empty void, with 2 people floating around. There is no clock. Is it a dream? No, that can’t be.

The other person wakes up. He wears a green shirt, has blue eyes, green hair and for some reason a teddybear at his age.

“Luc? W-Where are we?!”, He has a scared expression on his face.

Luc shouts back: “Colby, i have no damn idea what is happening, but we should-”

The ticking stops. A few seconds later, the bell sounds 4 times.

Everything turns black.

After what feels like hours, they wake up.

Luc stands up from the grass. He looks around, and sees many, many floating islands, some big, some small, floating around in seemingly a big void.

“FINALLY, HEAVEN!”, he shouts.

Out of nowhere, he hears a voice behind him: “Oh, really?”

He turns around immediately, and sees a boy, seemingly a teenager. He wears a red cap on his head, brown hair, a brown trench coat and a big scarf around his neck.

Luc tells the boy: “And who are you?”.

“I’m Colin, nice to meet you too.”

Luc remembers his friend Colby, and quickly asks: “So, Colin, do you have ANY idea where my friend went?”

Colin responds: “You mean that boy with the teddybear? Yeah, just follow me.”

While on their way to their destination, Colin gets curious.

“Actually, how did you get here? What’s your name? We haven’t seen anyone come to our home for decades.”

Luc responds: “Well.. i’m Luc. We were just walking around London, on our way to grab a snack at our local snackbar, when a strange portal appeared. No one except us 2 seemed to even notice it, and we went in. We woke up in a weird.. void. I heard a clock and-”

Luc ran out of words. Colin had a mix of a shocked and scared expression, and he said: “Let’s just keep going. We’ll find out how this happened eventually. For now, Colby is at Acqua, the creator of this world. You’ll meet him soon enough..”

They continue their travels, until they arrive at a strange building.

Colin calls for Acqua.. no response.

“Weird. Let’s just walk in. Come on in, Luc!”

They both proceed into the building. The walls are full of ivy, on the inside and outside.

Suddenly, they hear a hammer.

Luc asks: “What was that sound?”.

“I think Acqua is working on one of his inventions again..” says Colin.

They walk into the room, it looks like a garage, with alot of tech parts, tools and inventions laying around on shelves and closets.

And there he is, Acqua, a man with messy blue hair, inventor goggles, a brown vest with a white shirt underneath and a thick blue scarf around his neck. He is behind a desk busy working on what seems a small device, completely unaware of Luc and Colin in the room.

Colin rolls his eyes and says: “Acqua? I have another guest.”

Acqua looks up, and is surprised to see Luc. “Wait.. There’s 2 new people? That’s amazing!”

He takes a good look at Luc, and asks: “So. He got here the same way as Colby?”

Luc responds, a bit annoyed: “Yeah, yeah. We are friends. Where is Colby?”

Acqua reacts dryly: “He’s right behind you.”

Luc turns around immediately, and sees Colby just standing right behind him: “How long have you stood there?!”

Colby responds: “Eh, i just got here, don’t worry.”

Acqua looks really excited over this: “Oh, i haven’t introduced myself yet! I’m Acqua, creator of this world. You’re currently in the Acquaverse, on a bunch of floating islands floating in a space we call ‘Dimensional void’. We are between dimensions, living on these islands, but that’s not all! I have the ability to create portals to any world or dimension in the entire Acquaverse, which means me and Colin have alot of trips to different worlds, some inhabited, some not, some friendly, some hostile, some safe, some extremely dangerous..”

After saying that last word, Acqua took a short break, his expression seeming like he's thinking about something from the past.

His face then cleared up, and he continued: “I have no idea how that portal appeared in your world. And definitely no idea how no one except you 2 could notice it.. Until we find how this happened and how we can get you back, you’re gonna have to get used to life here in the Acquaverse.”

Colby immediately responds: “We’re STUCK?! I’ll never get to see Carl back…”

Luc puts his arm over Colby’s shoulder, and says: “It’s fine. Think of the adventures! Finally something different. It’s gonna be so fun!”

Colin and Acqua look at each other, and then back at the 2 teens.

Colin steps forward: “Let me show both of you around these islands. We’ll make sure you have a cozy home to sleep in, don’t worry. I get it’s hard, but you’ll make it. We’ll find a way home for the 2 of you!”

As Luc, Colby and Colin walk out of the building, Acqua stays behind, talking to himself.

“Flora… I’ll find you.”
