The Morales Orphanage was built for war-torn children during the post-war era of the Titan Overture, roughly ~150 years ago.  'Regardless of blood, a young mind, even if not human,  is still naïve and unfruitful,  thus must be nurtured accordingly.' Morales phrased, creating a strict-military like orphanage for children under the ripe age of 12, even accepting those of none-human descent. Meta, a feeble and ailing child was adopted into one of the orphanage branches as a baby, despite having a weak constitution. How will he be able to deal with the various challenges life throws at him in a world that was made for only the elite?
