In 2019, the day has come.
Virtual reality with a 100% realism factor was finally invented.
It's 2119 now though.
Dear Diary,
(for time travellers I'll be including comments in <> brackets, because I love that old HTML thing)
I bought that game for my VR I've been wanting to play. The devs were very unoriginal with the title, they chose to name it 'Choices'. The premise is that you enter the game, find yourself in your virtual home, ...
...and you can choose from a selection of stories you can play - in-virtually of course
Fortunately the technology for quadrillions of players playing simultaneously is a given, so lagging is not an issue here anymore.
The author's content has been appropriated; report any instances of this story on Amazon.
You can choose from an amount of stories equal to your level - obviously you level up from playing stories.
Rumours are that you can get achievements and stats from the stories that apply to the community space of Choices
Fun, right?
Except so far the only original thing about the game is the 'taking the choice adventure to the vr platform thing'.
Sadly, that's more than what the gist of todays games can show for themselves. Which is why the only game played by all sapient and sentient beings is the WorldPG.
All right, while I was writing the game finished downloading itself.
...
'Kay, made a female (like me) character named Clara Houston
They must've went for the minimalist design, because that's everything you could set.
Logging in...
Alright, the game is on.
Oh, and I'm half alien.
***...on Earth. Aliens already had it all along, we just couldn't make it ourselves since it all looked like random gibberish.
