I am writing to inform you that I have made the decision to temporarily suspend the release of my fanfic for a duration of two weeks. Recently, a reader expressed his dissatisfaction by providing a review describing my fanfic as a "horrible attempt to write a story," resulting in an extremely low rating of only 0.5 stars. It is disheartening to see that all of the effort and dedication I have poured into this project over the past two weeks has been overshadowed by a single negative review.

The specific critique raised by the reader pertains to the utilization of poetic language in the conversations between the characters throughout the entire chapter. Considering the fanfic is set in ancient China, my intention was to employ flowery language to enhance the overall atmosphere. However, it appears that this particular approach did not resonate with all readers.

I have decided to take this feedback into account and embark on a rewrite of the fanfic. However, please note that my exams are currently underway, which limits the time I can dedicate to this task. Therefore, I plan to update the fanfic after the two-week hiatus.

In addition, I would like to clarify that English is not my native language, and as such, the coherence of the dialogue may be somewhat affected. I would deeply appreciate any suggestions you may have to improve the conversations. Nevertheless, I find it rather challenging to accept a grammar rating of 0.5 stars. Prior to publishing each chapter, I diligently review the grammatical aspects such as verb tenses, prepositions, and other elements to ensure the absence of errors, to the best of my abilities. Therefore, I hold a firm belief that a rating below 3 stars is unjustified.
