Noels was benching a 300kg barbell, ever since he started the breathing techniques as well the increase in his spirituality, he has gone stronger, far stronger than before, he is faster and more durable as well but even he was surprised when he saw what Lize was using.

She was lifting a 500kg dumbbell on each hand, although the dumbbells look like normal dumbbells they had array inscriptions, he had learnt about them in the family library, apparently although they work almost the same as rune inscriptions they are also different with less restrictions.

He assumed these ones increase the weight of objects. He also realised the difference between himself and an awakend, although he did fight one before, according to Anele that guy was of the weakest group of awakened and not just because of his realm.

He was the untalented and lazy type with no future, he even used the battle technique wrongly otherwise the two of them might have died just from the pressure he released and now that he thinks about it they did almost die from pressure when Lize broke through which means she was already stronger than that guy.

Although he was not at the peak of a pre awakened dormant human, he was not too far off but he bet at most he would be able to lift around 800kg yet she looked like she wasn't even sweating while lifting those dumbbells, as he thought, she dropped them with a bang.

They kept training for two hours straight, sometimes they would do squats and sit up while carrying those heavy weight, by the end Noel was sweating but Lize looked fine, not tired in the least.
