Greeting dear readers.

First of all, I want to thank all of you for reading the story. I enjoyed writing it and hopefully you enjoyed reading it as well. That being said, the currently published version has problems, and quite a lot of them at that. I initially said I wanted to add some polish with editing but the more I stared at it the more I realized, it needs a bit more than just a coat of paint.

The first arc is a big mess, the overall story pacing is a bit too rushed, the characters and the world need more building, there is way too much system stuff, and the system itself is too complicated, it bogs down the story.

Stolen from its rightful place, this narrative is not meant to be on Amazon; report any sightings.

It was a good draft and I believe the overall story structure is good.

My current plan is to use the rest of the year to create a "director's cut," go over the current story and expand/rewrite what needs to be changed. Then I have two options, unpublish the current chapters and replace them with the new content or create a separate story and publish it there.

(In either case, I will make the original version available as an epub for those who wish to download it.)

There might be a time in the future where I feel like this story is ready to be published. When that happens, I do not plan take down the free versions. Writing stories is my hobby and I want it to stay that way, that includes having my stories free to read by all.
