Book One (Mage Quest) : World Lore

The world of Oblimea is a hidden world and dimension created and set like the other side of the Earth which is normally mysterious, undiscovered, and unknown to ordinary humans. It was hidden and protected by legendary wizards and archmages for thousands of years ago called as "Covenants" and passed down from generation to generation which is now maintained and oversees by the High Mage Council. Only people who qualify as mages can enter Oblimea, but there are odd stances where average people enters Oblimea either by accident or by a special consideration with certified mage authorities... but it rarely happens most likely once in every hundred years.

There are 6 races in these world humans, elves, dwarves, beast tribe, demons, half-alvs.

The Elves are the ones with much longer life than the others...they have the much powerful elemental gifts and nature affinity. the only set back to them is the low fertility rate of their race, which means their population is quite low... they usually seen at the eastern side of the continent of Oblimea where the sea of trees found together with the beast tribe.

Dwarves are the ones who had the greater gifts in regards of fire together with their good affinity to metals. They are the ones with greater strength and crafting abilities. the only set back to them are being slow and their small stature body. They usually seen at the mountains at the south of the continent.

Beast Tribe are the ones who had greater gifts in physical enhancement together with there six sense. They are good warriors and with great nature affinity... they usually seen at the east together with the elves.

Demons are the ones with greater gifts in curse and blood magic, because of these they are often the point of hate by other races due to the past wars which shook the whole continent. They reside at the western side of continent.

Half-Alvs they are the ones with greater gifts on ancient and summoning magic. Due to the past war records regarding to them are lost. They are regard as rare race due to the fact that they almost extinct.

And lastly Humans they are the most versatile to all of the 6 races due to there wisdom. They occupy almost the whole of the continent.

In these world spells, abilities, items are commonly known as "Gifts" in a form of cards. The gifts are divided into four due to their characteristics.

Item Card are gifts in the form of items... it can be consumable or tangible like weapons, armours, and etc. These types of gifts are ranked in these way common, uncommon, enchanted / magical, rare, ancient, legendary, divine, and lastly phantasmal.

Spell Card are gifts used to cast spells whether it is elemental, light, dark, poison, gravity, void, curse, blood, barrier, death, illusion, enhancement and summon type spells. These types of gift are ranked in these way basic, intermediate, advance, saint, king, emperor, and lastly god.

Ability Card are gifts such as Masteries of Arts such as Sword Arts, Martial Arts, Archery, Magic, Craftsmanship and etc. These type of gifts are all passive which boost the capability or usage of Weapons and Spells. These types of gift are ranked in these way basic, intermediate, advance, saint, king, emperor, and lastly god.

Blood Line Card are gifts which is only obtainable when you are blood related to certain individual who created the gift or when you inherited through apprenticeship or certain circumstances such as such as winning tournaments like mage quest, accidentally get it in dungeons and etc. Commonly used as “Trump Gifts”

Gifts can be obtained, created, as well as be inherited.

Obtained

• By dungeon raiding.

• Given to you since birth (3 type maximum)

• By winning duel and other legal games/tournaments.

• Becoming an honorary mage for those outsiders.

Created

• When certain requirements are met.

• Repetition of task or by creating something original.

Inherited

• Through apprenticeship.

• Through bloodline.

• Accidentally unlocking it when met certain requirements.

• Doing Quests.

• Profession

“Status Plate” use for identification purpose and checking the progress of individual who owned it.

“Book” use as binder or deck holder for gifts you’ve already obtained. The Book can hold an unlimited amount of gift card. Unused gifts are currently in safe here.

“Quick Slot” these are slots used for currently equipped gifts.

• For weapon : One Primary Weapon, One Secondary Weapon

• For Armour : One Piece of the following upper, lower, shoes, cape, gloves, bracer and headgear

• For Accessories: One necklace, 8 rings, two bracelet, one pair of earrings.

• For Spells: 10 spells of any type.

• For Ability : 10 Masteries of any Arts

• For Bloodline: 3 Bloodline gifts of any type.

“Mages” a term used for any individual who obtained gifts…

“Outsider” a term used for any individual who are not part of these world.

"Multi-Cast" a term used for casting spell with the same attribute with the same rank of spell(for example 2 frost bolt, 3 mana arrows).
