Interlude

This interlude marks the end of the first arc.

Summary:

In summary, Alan has developed powers built around game mechanics. As a result he has gained a number of spectacular skills and at the same time, Alan has become susceptible to random encounters. In desperation, Alan turned to his friends and miraculously passed his power to his friends, Abe and Jacob.

The story arc ends with them discovering magic and ultimately deciding how they are going to treat this new ability.

At the same time, a string of mysterious disappearances has come into the public eye. Among the people who have disappeared Harriot, a girl with a history with both Alan and Abe, has been mentioned.
