After Pebble had gotten ahold of the Badger. Fen had moved back to his lummox of a hunting leader. Seeing the large red goblin grabbing his leg while on the ground. Fen calmly gave his opinion of Red’s tactics. ”Dumb ass! Your camping spot almost got us killed!” He was loading the next round of insults. When Red cut him off.
“I am bleeding out!” He moved his hand to show his injury. Showing the deep tooth marks oozing black blood. Black blood also dripped from his hands. Seeped in a thick coat of it after attempting to apply pressure to the wound.
Seeing the injury Fen held his loaded insults back. With a snarl he began casting another spell of water magic. His mana had only barely refilled. But it was just enough to cast this spell. His hands wove a spell form with practiced precision. Dropping an ice blue mist down onto the injury. Where the skin was cut open. The mist stuck and other particles gathered there. Tiny ice chunks formed in the injuries. Stopping the bleeding condition.
Red received a prompt.
You are no longer bleeding. Take heed to prevent things from spilling your blood in the future.
Warning! Your mobility has been reduced due to solid objects embedded in your flesh. Movement speed is reduced by 30% until objects are removed.
Any relief he got from reading the first one was immediately taken from Red with the second. He tried to stand. Needing to check out the situation of his team. But both Red and Fen were drawn to the cart by Pok’s screams.
His reduced mobility caused Red to fall behind the white haired goblin. Walking with a major limp. In front of the cart Pebble was continuing to tear at the animal’s body. Spraying blood on the ground as his claws tore through the animal. And tore it into tiny pieces.
Getting to the back of the cart. Fen saw Pok sitting on the cart’s bench. Bleeding out onto the floor and seat he was sitting on. Fen gave a small curse as he looked at the injury marks on his body. Fen’s mana was too low to cast his frost spell again. They also didn’t have any medical supplies to help fix the wound. “Red! We need to move now. If we don’t then Pok may bleed out!”
Just then a fur loincloth hit Fen in the face. Covering his line of sight. Pulling it off he looked at it and gave it a confused look.
Turning his head to the outside of the cart. He saw that the article of clothing he held belonged to Red. As he now stood fully nude. His cock dangling down between his legs as he stood with his hands on his hips. “Well? Cover the injury and let’s get going.” The sight of Red’s nude body caused the two goblins to recoil their heads in fear. Fen let out a hiss as he turned his head away. Pok added commentary to his disgust.

“Ah! Kills me! Puts me out of my misery!”
Red gave a harumph as he walked around to the front of the cart. “Try to do something nice. And you get made fun of. Never make that mistake again.” The large goblin got to the front of the cart and began getting the vehicle ready to go again. There was no way they could stay out here in the open. If those were the low level beasts out here. Then they’d need to make it back to their warren before anything else showed up.
Fen used the loincloth as a makeshift band-aid. Putting it on around Pok’s chest. And tightening it to stop the loss of blood. It wasn’t the best medical aid. Pok received a new prompt after a bit of fastening.
Warning! You have received an injury. You are bleeding. Until the bleeding stops. You will lose 1 hp every 300 seconds until the bleeding is stopped.
Pok gave a sigh of relief. The feeling of his life essence leaving him slowed. He laid back in the seat. Content with the fact that he now had a much longer time to live. Fen let out what could be considered a sigh of relief. Though it sounded more like a gurgle of disgust to any normal pair of ears. Giving his hands a stretch Fen turned to the laying Pok and had one question to ask. “How much health do you have left?”
With a wheeze the hook nosed goblin managed to get out an answer to the question. “S-six.” Fen’s eyes went wide with a snarl. He then turned himself over to the front of the carraige. Watching Red getting ready to do something stupid again. He wondered why the giant goblin couldn’t have been born without a brain to match his size.
With the goblin stabilized Fen walked on the cart onto the driver's seat. Standing right behind Red. Seeing him try and lift the cart. Fen could only assume that he was planning on walking through the rest of the woods to get back to the warren tonight! With a crease forming in his forehead he gave the back of the big red lump he called a forehead a slap. “Dummy! Pok is about to bleed out! We need a better camp to get him to stop bleeding all over the cart! He’ll be dead before we get back!”
Listening to his small friend. Red did stretches in his birthday suit to get nice and limber for the run he was about to do. “Listen dumbass. If we bunker down now we’ll just be attacked by more wild animals. And he’ll be dead then anyway. You better hope you’re gonna be able to cast those spells again soon.” Red grabbed both of the shafts he had been using to carry the cart before and moved it slightly to get nice and warmed up. Because you’ll need to stop the bleeding before we get back to the warren. He’ll either die out here. Or in there.”
Fen growled and let the flem in his throat contribute to his sound. The snot and bile in his throat helped him transition into his next work in a brackish tone. “Fine! But if he dies i’m telling the warren that you got him killed!” Turning away Fen let the naked goblin doom them all. Who knows what could be waiting for a big, dumb, naked target running through the forest. Stepping back onto the floor of the wagon he looked over and saw Pebble still tearing away at the small animals.
“Rocks for brains!” That snap got the attention of the orange rock goblin. “Get those animals into the food bags. We’re leaving apparently!” If Fen had cared about being quiet before he had completely abandoned the concept at this point. He was yelling from the bottom of his little goblin throat.
Hearing the anger in the other goblins' voices inspired Pebble to run quickly to get the badgers and rush onto the cart to stuff them with the rabbit that Red had killed. Him jumping on the cart enabled Red to get the ball rolling on their journey back. If they were where he thought they were. It should only take them a few hours to make it to the first checkpoint of the warren.
