Before Amelie and Silas could make their exit, Allison stopped them.
"Sorry to delay ya, but there's something I need to share with everyone." she announced, a small envelope clasped in her left hand that she had removed from her jacket. Mio, sensing the gravity of the moment, knew what was up.
"Ali, you don't have to do this. It's okay, you don't have to sha-" Mio's attempt at stopping her was cut short as Allison emphatically slammed the envelope onto the counter. "Nah, its ok! You all have been more of a family to me than that asshole ever was. and i dont want to keep any secrets anymore, especially after you saw him." she declared, turning to Mio with a hint of remorse in her eyes. "And Mio...Sorry for keeping it a secret for so long."
"You see, I've been holding back on sharing much about my past. Sure, I'm a former pro wrestler, a woman in her thirties grappling with a midlife crisis, that much is true," Allison confessed, chuckling at her own quip. Mio remained silent. "But... I'm actually not from Shallys." To Allison's surprise, the revelation didn't any reaction from the group whatsoever. "Well... duh," Carol interjected with a laugh. "Did you honestly think none of us knew?"
Gloria chimed in, "Indeed, dear. We conducted background checks on you before hiring you. Might seem a tad intrusive, but considering we're on the run from Kiwami, it's warranted." Despite the teasing, their words carried an undercurrent of familial affection and motherly love, which left Allison blushing as she continued.
"Anyway, it's high time I spill the truth!" she asserted, mustering her composure. With deliberate movements, she extracted the letter from the envelope and began to read aloud. "Aria, mia cara gattina.È passato così tanto tempo! i-"
Glancing up from the letter, Allison caught sight of the confused expressions around her, a tinge of embarrassment coloring her cheeks. "Oh, yeah, it's in Ourinian... that's true. I kinda forgot." she admitted sheepishly.
Without missing a beat, Silas offered his assistance. "Allow me to translate for you, my lady," he offered, earning a grateful nod from Allison, who passed him the letter with a swift bro-fist.
"Oh? Do you have other ladies now?" Amelie said in a playful tone. her remark earned her a smirk from the purple haired man, but Silas promptly redirected the focus back to the task at hand.
"My darling Aria...it has been so long.. I fear these letters are not reaching you. but i will keep sending them to you, for i pray that one day you may recieve. On behalf of the entire Vanetti family...we miss you greatly. I hope that you are having a wonderful time with Federico, wherever you may reside. But my darling, never forget. You will always have a home to return to here. For we are all family. And as we say here in Ourino.." He stopped. He could not understand that segment, only understanding certain words. Something about how cats stick together.

He jumped over that part, and promptly read the last line. "With love, Beatrice Vanetti."
As Silas finished translating, the room fell silent, the weight of the message sinking in. Carol's surprise, Gloria's shock, and Mio's smug satisfaction were palpable, but it was Amelie's distant gaze that intrigued everyone. There was a longing in her eyes. Longing for a lost lover, perhaps? Silas knew he was not her first.
"No fuckin way..." Mio blurted out, rushing over to envelop Allison in a tight hug. "YOU'RE THE DAUGHTER OF THE VANETTI BOSS!? WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME? THEY'RE AWESOME, HOLY SHIT!" Mio exclaimed, only toning it down slightly upon noticing the curious stares from the rest of the patrons. Most had gone home, but there were a few regulars remaining. "Uh, sorry... but seriously, wow!"
"Well, I had my reasons for keeping it under wraps. This is Kiwami territory, after all. Our family isn't exactly viewed favorably around here," Allison explained in a hushed tone, prompting Mio to recall the unsettling rumors surrounding Beatrice Vanetti, and how she was the one Kata Kiwami, the head of the Zaibatsu, feared above all else.
"So, that's all of it?" Amelie asked Silas. He gave a quick nod. The room fell silent once more. but Carol and Gloria approached Allison, each placing a comforting hand on her shoulders. "Okay, so your real name is Aria, and you're a Vanetti. Big deal. There are people from all walks off life in this bar, after all!" Carol reassured her, tenderly patting Allison on the head.
"All right, cut it out! I'm only ten years younger than you, you know," Allison retorted with a playful pout, sparking another round of laughter among the crew.
After the event wound down, the atmosphere gradually shifted back to its usual rhythm. With just an hour left until closing time, Amelie and Silas rose from their seats, signaling the end of their visit. Carol and Gloria trailed behind them as they went over to their own office.
Meanwhile, Mio and Allison began the process of tidying up and preparing to close for the night. As they set about their tasks, a sense of normalcy returned to Dead End.
However, as Carol and Gloria retreated into their office, Carol's fingers brushed against something unexpected in her pocket. Retrieving it, she discovered a small note tucked away—a clandestine message left behind by Silas. Chuckling to herself, Carol couldn't help but admire Silas's knack for sneaky deliveries.
"Honey? Come over here will ya. Looks like the old madame has somethin to tell us." Gloria walked over to her wife, as Carol began to read.
"Come to the mansion as soon as possible tomorrow. Important evidence have been found. Her name is EVA."
