The boy name is Azrael Abraham the 2nd son of Samuel Abraham.

The boy was reading a book about the history and power structure of the world.

This world has many different race beside human like Dwarfs,Halfling and Elf's.

Races of this world are classified in 7 categories.

The rulings power of human are the 9 great sect, 6 major family and the 27 guild ruled by the royal family.

There are 2 ruling power that is not under the royal family which are the beast god church and the mage association.

Azrael was reading though the books to increase his understand of the world.

So far he managed to find out that this world had something call Qi which is an form of energy and those that use Qi are call cultivator

Samuel Abraham is an low ranked breaking the void expert and Azrael Abraham is currently at mid ranked Qi Condensation.

In fact Azrael Abraham was an Reincarnator who for some reason have an incomplete soul until he turn 6.

Azrael suspected that something went wrong when he was about to be reborn and he only brought half of his soul and only now did the another half return.

Before I was 6 apparently I was an weird kid that would randomly stare at nothing for days on end if no one around.

I went to an unused mat and begin to absorb energy in my surround to my body.

Qi Condensation, it is the start of cultivation and it is the stage where you absorb Qi around you into your body to strengthen it.

When you absorb the Qi around you into your body it take the form of gas.

When your rank is higher you can hold more Qi .

Right now the Qi that I am holding is already at its limit so I need to advance to hold even more energy.

Like at first you have a cup of gas and when you advance you will get an bowl of gas and if you advance even further you will get an bottle of gas until you get an bucket of gas.

Azrael had just reach Low ranked Foundations Establishment Stage after 4 year. 

Right now he was 9 year old just about to be 10.

Nothing really important has happened expect his increased cultivation.

Foundations Establishment: The second stage of cultivation, once your Inner energy crosses a certain threshold they begin to transform.

In this stage your 

Qi will transform from gas to liquid to create a whirlpool of energy which you can access.

This stage is about create an foundation for your future cultivation, where you revolve your Qi around your entire body washing away all impurity so it will be more suitable for cultivation.

Azrael went to his bedroom, normally he would be cultivating instead of sleeping as the higher your level the less sleep you will need but tomorrow would be his birthday and he would be 10 year old and also for some reason he was sleepy
