the sun setted peacefully, tanjiro sighed tiredly as he walked down a dirt road, he then smiled and patted the box that was on his back. "don't worry nezuko, the sun is setting and we'll have a place to rest." he reassured and inside the box was a hum from nezuko.  

tanjiro sat the box down on the floor, he had asked for a place to stay for the night waiting for his next mission. he lit the lantern that was in the room and he took his shoes off and there was a knock from the box he was carrying, "you can come out nezuko, it's safe!" he said and the box door opened and and a small hand with long sharp nails came out the box, then the whole person came out and a girl was shown. she had long black hair with orange tips, pink eyes, a bamboo over her mouth, she had on a black haori, and a pink kimono.

Tanjiro smiled and he watched as nezuko layed on the floor and closed her eyes and fell asleep, tanjiro then yawned and there was a knock on his room door and he walked over to it and opened the door and it was the man who let him stay. "hello young man, i just came to give you your night clothes!" the old man said and tanjiro smiled and bowed "arigato!" he thanked and he took the clothes and closed the door after the old man left and he changed into his nightclothes and he got his futon ready and another futon for nezuko. he layed nezuko down on her futon and pulled the covers over her and he turned the lantern off and got into his futon and he closed his eyes and went to sleep 

The next day came and tanjiro was already up getting ready, he looked over to nezuko and she was still asleep. tanjiro then closed the curtains to keep the sun out and he headed out his room and the old man leaded him to the kitchen and an old lady was cooking breakfast. "i hope your hungry young one! i made everyone breakfast!" she cheerfully said and she set a bowl that had rice in it with a sunnyside up egg on top of it. "thank you for the food!" tanjiro said whle putting his hands together and he then picked up the chopsticks and he started eating, his face lit up when he ate "this is so delicious!" he beamed and the old lady chuckled while smiling "thank you dear" she thanked. suddenly a crow flew in from the open window and landed in front of tanjiro "caw! caw! tanjiro next mission! head to your next mission!" the bird cawed "tanjiro nodded and sat his chopsticks down and bowed "thank you for the food! i must go" he said while walking back to his room and he opened and saw that nezuko was gone, he walked over to the box and he lifted it on his back and he smiled "are you ready nezuko?" he asked "hm!" nezuko hummed out "right!" tanjiro said and he went out towards his next mission.

Tanjiro walked into the villiage looking around, he then asked about the reports of the missing woman and girls that had gone missing, he then looked ahead and saw a man who looked tired and sad tanjiro then heard people talking about the man and aparrently he had lost his wife. "excuse me mr kazumi?" tanjiro called out and mr kazumi looked up "you lost your wife didn't you?" tanjiro asked and mr kazumi face lit up for a second then he went back to the same, "yes" "well can you show me where she disappeared?" tanjiro asked and mr kazumi nodded. thw two headed into an alleyway where mr kazumi said where is wife disappeared, "she just vanished right here" mr kazumi said and Tanjiro got on his knees and started sniffing the ground, he was born with a special nose where he can strongly smell something.

she wore a long gown with the sides exposed, and wore no shoes. she walked down the alleyway while her feet pattered on the floor, she then spotted a noodle cart and her eyes sparkled and she walked over to the cart and took a bowl and started eating while walking. she then soon was finish with it and she blinked, suddenly she heard shouting coming from behind her and she looked and saw the ramen man "GET BACK HERE AND PAY!" he yelled and he ranned towards her and the girl ranned fast away from him, she turned corners trying to confuse him. she then hid in a barrel and heard as the man ranned past the barrel.

With tanjiro he was running on top of the building roofs, he then threw his sword towards the ground and a girl came up from a black swampy hole. tanjiro then quickly grabbed her and handed her to mr kazumi and suddenly the swampy black hole appeared and a demon that was grey with horns and red eyes appeared and it grinded it's teeth, it then suddenlt went to attack tanjiro but he dodged the attack with his sword, he landed but then the demons hand was drilling towards him and suddenly nezuko kicked her box open and kick the demons head causing it to roll. "a human carrying a demon?" the demon thought in his head  "whats a demon like you doing with a human" the demon hissed out and nezuko got out her box and stood, she then started walking towards the demon and she furrowed her face and her eyes were slits and she rushed towards the demon and raised up her foot ready to stomp, the demon ducked back into its swamp and nezuko's foot slammed down on the ground causing the ground to crack. she removed her foot and saw that the demon wasn't there, the demon appeared in front of her but more distanced. nezuko went to go attack it but tanjiro stopped her "nezuko dont chase it, get back here" he said and nezuko ranned back over to them but suddenly the demon appeared "nezuko!" tanjiro called out and nezuko jumped up and dodged them demon.  tanjiro frowned "nezuko is capable of protecting herself, she doesn't need my help" tanjiro thought and the demon appeared again and nezuko dodged it "nezuko!" tanjiro called out and she looked at him and tanjiro stepped towards the swamp hole "im going in" he said and nezuko nodded and tanjiro went into the swamp hole.

Tanjiro looked around while holding his breath, there were ripped clothes and girl belongings, he then heard teeth grinding and he furrowed his face as two of the same demons was swimming towards him "second form! water wheel!" tanjiro said in his head and he swung his sword and water came out his sword in a circle cutting the demons, tanjiro then saw the familiar belongings that belonged to mr kazumi's wife.

with nezuko she was dodging the demon attacks, the demon then went to punch her down but nezuko dodged and punched the demon in the stomach "t-this demon girl! is powerful!" the demon thought and nezuko kicked it away and the demon skid to a stop, suddenly the demon was stomped to the ground causing the ground to break and nezuko and mr kazumi stared at the little girl, she had jumped on the demon that caused him to get stomped. the girl then got off the demon and she stared at him "y-you! your the one who kept me from eating the girl with the pigtails!" the demon screeched and the girl just blinked and she dodged an incoming punch from the demon. the girl then kicked the demon away and nezuko rushed pass the girl and she went to attack the demon, the demon dodged all her attacks and scratched her head causing her to bleed "ima drill a hole in your head!" the demon yelled and went to do what he said but tanjiro sliced its arm off "stay away from my sister!" he yelled and sliced the demons other arm and the demon was against the wall "tell me abour muzan kitbutsuji" tanjiro demanded and the demon started to get scared "tell me!" tanjiro demanded "i cant!" the demon said scaredly "why not?" tanjiro asked "because-! because!" the demon stuttered and he went to attack tanjiro when he was blasted away by a purple power and the demon disintegrated. tanjiro looked and he stared at the girl "she- she's a demon!" he thought.
