With the Order of Eternal Night’s activity far more prevalent in Farnor than in Dellorim, our heroes are pitted against threat after threat. Alex and Melodi find themselves facing challenges of their own as they struggle to reunite with their lost companion. Amidst battles with vicious Zightbeasts, it isn’t long before the two of them land right in the middle of an Order scheme running rampant in the city of Ardua, and a race against the clock begins to stop the order before their plans come to fruition.

Amid this, Cypher continues on his journey to follow the clues his mother left behind for him, reunite with his scattered companions, and increase his power. However, as he soon discovers, his role in all of this is so much grander than he originally thought. With his true destiny brought to light, he begins to understand why the Order is after him, why his powers are so much more potent than others his age, and ultimately, what he must do to ensure that this dark cult is put down once and for all.
