So often Events we face shape who we are in small ways, Little things we tend not to notice until it consumes us and those around us. It is easy for compassion to turn into love, love to turn into obsession, and obsession to turn into something far worse. Many times we dont realize how much we change, until it is too late.
You are Vasara, the world consumer, let your rage burn the world until it is no more.
I suddenly open my eyes and see nothing, just a cold nothingness. Images flash in my mind, as I struggle to understand or make sense of it all pain sweeps throught my body as i try to move. It felt like needles were piercing all of my organs at once, I couldnt breathe."Ahhaarrgghh...Where am I? What happened?" After I settled down and the pain lessened my eyes were beginning to adjust to the darkness and I could make out shadowy shapes all around me. As I stumbled forward to try and walk a bit i stepped on something brittle and it shattered. I couldnt see what it was so i reached down and picked it up. "AHhhh!" It was a skull, a skull of one long forgotten to time...I recieved a message in my mind like a flash from a burning sun You are Light, you are he who banishes the dark from--NO! You Are DEATH and DESTRUCTION, cut down those who oppose you and end the madness once and for all! I fainted holding on to a final image, an image of ashen hair with red tinges, black wings with golden patterns, and piercing eyes that shifted between golden and red...the most beautiful eyes I have ever seen. It seemed so familiar yet so different somehow, just another memory floating in the emptiness.
"Im almost out." Vasara had been travelling in what he believed to be the ruins of a forgotten city underground...he had been wandering for hours until he finally found a half collasped path that he thought led to the surface. As time went on for what seemed like an eternity he suddenly saw white at the end of the road. He ran as fast as he could, tears streaming down his cheeks, although he didn't know why. The moment his skin touched the light an earthquake shook the region and for a second it seemed as if the world was going to end. Like a few times before a message scrawled in his mind and for the first time, it was accompanied by a voice "And so it shall be, i have returned. To bathe this world in blood forever more." Vasara was scared, this was true fear. The voice contained such malice and hate, he could feel deaths cruel embrace waiting to come in and snuff out his tiny pathetic life in an instant, yet the voice also sounded like one he had heard before.
For the first time he looked around at the scenery, it looked like a forest of lush green and tall trees, to Vasara it was peaceful. Nothing would ever happen here he thought, the animals would live and the trees would grow just as they probably always had, for untold millenia. He found comfort in this, and he couldnt quite get around why. With no goal in mind than to try and make sense of everything going through his mind, he walked onward, "It is not the destination, but the journey that takes you there." Vasara mused to himself...The past has shown that the destination is a LIE, enjoy this time, blood will spill before lo-But tragedy can lead to opportunity, a chance at rebirth..you need only reach out and take it "AAarrghhh! why am i hearing two voices in my head, i need to remember I..I need to-" And like that, he saw only blackness.

Laying against a tree so old, it could be as old as the world itself, was the most handsome boy who looked to be not any older than 14...if one looked closely at his long white hair you could see tinges of red appearing and disappearing periodicly, and asmile to topple kingdoms and change the world...accompanied by a lone tear large enough to break the hearts of millions, and stop wars in their tracks. It was mesmerizing. In the distance, a lone man wearing shiny silver armor with an insignia of a raven on topof a sword stuck on a mound, looked upon this site, and for a split second...for one instance, knew this would change his life forever. He walked torwards the boy who looks so at peace, yet so sad, propped him over his shoulder, and kept walking to his destination...the human city of Anapol on the edges of the strongest human nation, the Avaris Empire.
In a Faraway land on the other side of the world...
"It cant be....its not possible...this isnt possible!" An old elf with elegance and grace was slowly losing his composure as he read a scroll shining with what seemed like divine radiance, This was Minister Alesk Tir'nava head Advisor to Emperor Revelus Nas'Vitalia, the leader of the Elven Empire. He sprinted as fast as he could to the Emperors private study, clutching the scrollso tightly as if he let go just a little, it would be gone forever, and barged through the doors. "My Lord," he said as he kneeled as quickly as he could "The Divine Scroll has activated, a Deity has reappeared in this world once more." He waited, kneeled in silence...
"First off, rise Alesk, were close enough so you dont need to kneel and be so formal. Plus we are alone anyways, now tell me more about this...divine scroll, everyone in the world knows the divines abandoned this world, and the very few who remained placed limiters on their power, and sacrificed their undying bodies to come down to the mortal world and live among us. Nobody knows what became of them, they probably all died out as we have not seen nor heard from them for many many ages"
"Of course My Lo--Lord Vitalia ughh he never changes this old fart, thought Revelus as his long time advisor and friend refused tocall him by his name like he had when they were children. the divine scroll is presumed to have been left by our precursor race,we no longer know their name or what happened to them, and only through our amazing cities with ancient architecture still standing do we know, we are descended from this race. This scroll was imbued with very powerful magic the likes of which we cannot currently recreate, to activate if Divine Energy is detected upon the mortal world once more."
"Can the energy be traced?" Vitalia asked his oldest friend, if divine energy could be traced perhaps the Elves could track down the mysterious divine Swords said to be the representation of each Deity scattered around the world. The Elves tended to keep to themselves and almost never left their territories. Outsiders and other races were barred from entering elven lands, and if found would be given one warning and sent away if they were not military, and if they were military they were slaughtered without mercy. So the other races left the elves alone, but if say, the humans got their hands on even one divine sword, they may attempt to tryand take elven land by force. Something the Revelus did not want to happen, if the elves could reach them first they could be lockedaway for eternity as they should be.
"No, im afraid not my Lord. But this could be trouble, nobody remembers what the Gods were like, and we dont even know which one this is. We need to be careful. I suggest sending a few of our Ansansi to investigate this matter."
"We have not called upon the Elven Order of Assassins in over 300 years my friend, my grandfather was Ruler of these lands, the last time we sent them out to monitor the world, on Elven behalf...but i trust, you. If yo uare certain, i will make it so. Now come, sit. You havent visited me in a while and i wish to discuss happier topics with you."
