[Usa, California|San Diego| Drewman Middle School]
(February 16th, 2017|Monday 9:08pm)
A fair-skinned, blonde-haired athletic boy, about the age of 12, could be seen limping and panting heavily while clutching his bleeding side in pain. He had horror embedded deep in his eyes as he thought to himself,
'She- she's crazy... batshit crazy. I can't believe she actually stabbed me...'
He suddenly gasped and perked up as he heard footsteps walking- no, speedily walking behind him.
"Shit."
His voice came out a whisper as his face went pale. And while still clutching his bleeding side, he grunted as he picked up his pace, bringing himself further and further out of the hallway and towards the school doors. Though they seemed to be much farther away than he had hoped.
"Where are you going, Brian?"
Asked a girl with a sweet and innocent voice as she kept her brisk pace behind him.
"Brian, didn't you say that you like me?"
In the covers of darkness, the girl smirked.
"Don't forget that we agreed to have our third date here tonight."
"Get away from me!!! You're insane!!! You stabbed me!!!"
The girl's face darkened as she was almost upon him.
"If you didn't want to get stabbed, then you shouldn't have kissed Mary Kane yesterday."
Brian felt his heart stop in his chest and he froze up. The girl, now directly behind him, spun him around and pushed him to the ground. She then climbed atop him and raised her knife above with madness in her eyes.
Brian felt his heartbeat quicken as he blurted out,
"She was the one that kissed me!!!"
Sarah paused. She didn't say a word afterward, she just silently stared into his brown eyes to see whether or not he was telling the truth.
Brian's heartbeat seemed to slow to a crawl as he— for the millionth time, recognized how attractive she was. The way her lush, wavy blonde hair made it down to her face, and the way her smooth, fair porcelain skin was flawless and glossing. And even her bright blue, beautiful eyes just took Brian's breath away, but only for a brief moment.
He quickly shook himself out of his stupor and thought,
'Why the hell am I thinking about how hot she is?! She's going to kill me! I have to think of something to get myself out of this! I can't die here! I have to be the captain of the football team when I go to high school in September!'
"You're a liar!!!" Sarah shouted as she brought her knife overhead.
With trepidation lining his face, brian frantically shouted,
"I love you, Sarah!!!"
Sarah froze up and her eyes widened. "Really?"
Brian's face turned solemn as he nodded.
"Yeah, I would never cheat on you. I love you too much for that. You're the best thing that ever happened to me."
Sarah's expression softened.
"Do you really mean all of that?"
"Of course I do."
He quickly thinks to himself,
'No, no I don't. Not anymore. You literally just tried to kill me, even fucking stabbed me.'
Ignoring the pain in his side, Brian gave her his best puppy-dog eyes as he said,
"Sarah, please put the knife down. Think about this. Really think about this. Are you really gonna kill me just because another girl kissed me?"
Sarah shook her head and brought her knife to her side.
"No."
Brian let out a relieved sigh.
"Oh, thank god."
"Brian, I would never kill you just because another girl kissed you."
A wide, psychotic smile took over her face.
"I'm actually doing this because I want to."
Brian's face contorted in complete horror.
"Yo- wha- ho-" He tried and failed to form words so Sarah hushed him by saying,
"Shh."
Brian froze up as he felt a chill crawl down his spine.
"You see Brian, ever since I was little, I wanted to kill people."
Complete and utter shock took over Brian's face after hearing that statement.
Sarah looked directly into his eyes with a wide smile still on her face as she said,
"Yes, it's true. I've always loved to see people hurt, to see them struggle, to see them writhe in agony while screaming and crying out in despair."
Brian shuddered as beads of sweat slid down his face.
'I'm gonna die here.'
"Seeing how the killers did things in horror movies always put a smile on my face. That's exactly why they're my favorite type of movie."
"You're... you're sick..." Brian's voice came out a whisper.
She smirked.
"No shit, Sherlock."
He gasped as she brought the knife overhead and then swung it down to thrust it into his chest. But then, something unprecedented happened. Before her knife could dig into his chest, he pushed his left hand up and caught her hand.
Shock went into Sarah's face, and suddenly, Brian squeezed her hand. This caused Sarah to grunt as she dropped her knife.
"Get fucked!" Brian shouted.
Her eyes widened. And then Brian swiftly let go of her hand, immediately after, he clenched his fist, and swung it into her face. Her nose was instantly broken as she was sent sprawling to the ground.
Brian panted heavily as he grunted in pain.
'I can't let her kill me!'
He picked up Sarah's knife as he slowly rose to his feet. He then looked over at her with a pained expression, seeing that she was lying still, face-first.
'She's... knocked out?'
A wide smile made its way onto his face and he dropped her knife to pump his fist in the air.
"Fuck yeah! I survived being attacked by a psycho with a knife! In your face horror movie victims! I'm a real badass! Wait till I tell Jason about this!"
Sarah suddenly grunted, and Brian brought his hand back down to his side. His face fell and his eyes landed on her. The longer he stared at her, the more fear went into his eyes.
'Sarah... she was so cold... so... evil. She didn't hesitate at all. If I hadn't caught her hand I would've-'
He shook his head and stopped his thoughts short.
'No. I shouldn't think about that. The first thing I should do right now is tell the cops. I'll go to her house right away because she doesn't live far from here, and her dad's a cop. She needs to go to prison before she can try this to anyone else.'
As he turned and made his way towards the exit doors, his thoughts drifted and his face shifted in sadness.

'To think that... Sarah she-'
His voice cracked as tears welled up in his eyes.
'She actually tried to kill me...'
He made it to the exit and wiped away his tears with a smile.
'But because I'm strong, she didn't.'
The smile immediately left his face as he pushed open the door to the exit and looked on at the streets that seemed to have no one, or thing roaming them.
"Holy shit... what time is it? Dad's gonna fu-"
His sentence was cut short as Sarah jammed her knife into the right side of his head with a scowl. For a moment he gasped, took his last breath. Then he stood there, completely frozen as his blood flowed down onto Sarah's hand which was still tightly gripped around the handle of her knife.
"No, you get fucked, Brian," she said disdainfully and then hatefully pulled her knife out of his head, causing him to drop to the ground with a thud.
The scowl left Sarah's face as she stared down at Brian's body. Something about his lifeless open eyes and the blood seeping out of his head, made a wide smile appear on her face.
'That... that was so exhilarating! The first time I've ever killed someone and it was just as amazing as I thought it would be! I've always wanted to know what it felt like to kill someone! I've never felt more aliv!-'
The smile left her face and she brought her right hand up to touch her broken nose. She tensed up in pain after doing so.
'I... I think he broke my nose.'
Panic went into her eyes.
'Shit! What am I gonna tell Mom and Dad?!'
She shook her head and looked down at Brian who had his cold, lifeless eyes open while pools of blood seeped out of his neck.
'It doesn't matter now. I need to wash this... thing's blood off of my knife while washing my hands.'
She closed the school doors before going to the bathroom to get rid of any and all blood that spilled on her and her knife. After doing so, she curtly walked over Brian's body, being careful not to step in the puddle of blood beside him. She then pushed open the school doors.
After doing so, she took a key out of the pocket of her short black skirt and used it to close the school doors behind her.
She smiled.
"I'm glad I'm such a good thief. The principal will never see these again. He definitely has a lot of spare keys but I don't care."
She pocketed the keys in her short black skirt and made her way home. And as she was walking home, worry set into her face once more.
'Okay... the broken nose... I'll just tell Mom and Dad... that I got mugged.'

(9:27pm)
Sarah stopped in front of the door to her relatively large house. Trepidation was creasing her face as she slowly, and quietly, turned her doorknob to open her door. She was hoping not to wake her parents by doing so. But as she opened the door, her father clapped twice and the lights turned on.
'Shit.'
Sarah saw that her father was sitting on a couch as he asked,
"Where have you been young lady?"
There was a hint of anger in his tone. He was a handsome middle-aged man with blonde hair and an athletic body.
He currently wore a red t-shirt and black trunk shorts.
Sarah nervously placed her right hand on her shoulder while avoiding his gaze.
"I was-"
Shock took over her father's face as his eyes went to her broken nose.
"Oh my god... is... is your nose broken?!"
He rushed and placed both of his hands on her shoulders while looking at her in worry.
"How did this happen?!"
Sarah lowered her head, still avoiding his green eyes as she said,
"I... I got mugged, Dad."
Her father's face contorted in anger upon hearing this.
"Mugged?! Mugged?! You're 12 years old and you don't have any mo!-"
"What's with all the commotion?"
Asked a beautiful, blonde-haired middle-aged woman dressed in a blue nightgown as she came down the stairs.
Sarah's eyes went to her mother's blue eyes.
"Mom, I-"
"She got her nose broken and she won't tell me what happened," Sarah's father spoke for her.
Panic set into her mother's eyes.
"Oh my god, you got your nose broken?!
How?!"
She avoided her mother's gaze as she tried to come up with an answer.
"I... I..."
"She won't tell us what happened," her father said to her mother.
Her mother looked at him.
"She doesn't have to tell us, Nathan, as long as she's fine, that's all that matters."
Nathan looked at her seriously for a while before his expression softened and he let out a tired sigh.
"You're right, Catherine. I guess I got a little worked up. You know, after what happened to-"
"We agreed to never talk about that," Catherine stopped his sentence.
Sadness went into Sarah's eyes, and then into everyone else's.
For a while, it was an uncomfortable silence of sorrow. Then Catherine said to Sarah,
"Sarah honey, let me see to your nose, I am a doctor after all."
Sarah nodded and her mother approached her and took her hand in hers.
Catherine turned to Nathan and said,
"Nathan, you don't have to stay up, she'll be fine."
Nathan nodded and kissed both Catherine, and Sarah on their foreheads before heading up the stairs.
Catherine looked at Nathan going up the stairs for a while before turning to Sarah with a smile.
"Let's go, Honey."
Sarah put on a smile of her own and nodded. Together, they both walked into the bathroom, the place where Catherine kept most of her medical supplies.

After having her nose treated by her mother. Sarah went upstairs and into her pink, colorful room. She plopped down onto her queen-sized bed and lay there for a while as she nulled over all the events that transpired that night.
Eventually, She got up off her bed and walked over to her large mirror to examine herself inside of it. Sarah frowned as she stared at herself.
'Oh my god... look at me... I'm so skinny. No wonder Brian overpowered me. If I want my future murders to be a success, I need to get much, much stronger.
She looked at the palm of her right hand.
'When Brian squeezed my hand, I lost my knife. And without my knife, I couldn't do anything. I should definitely learn some martial arts while I'm at it.'
She yawned.
'I'll start by learning from Jootube tomorrow. But for now, I just want some sleep.'
She turned, walked, and plopped down onto her bed to nestle up under her pink sheet.
It didn't take long before her eyes fell shut as she drifted off into sleep.

(February 17th, 2017|Tuesday 7:04 am)
While lying under her sheet, Sarah heard her alarm ringing loudly by her bedside. Her eyes instantly flew open as she heard the loud ringing. At the time, bags were under her eyes because she was very tired. But still, she knew that today was a new day, and she let her thoughts wander.
'Today they're going to find the body, they probably already have. I wonder who they'll suspect...'
Her alarm kept ringing as she was lost in thought.
"Sarah, your alarm!" Catherine shouted from downstairs.
"I know, Mom!" She angrily shouted as she outstretched her right hand and turned off her alarm.
"And come down for breakfast!"
"Coming!"
Sarah let out a weary sigh as she got out of bed.
'They'll probably close school today. That's good, I'm tired, I want to sleep.'
Sarah walked downstairs and into the living room where she saw her father downstairs, in police uniform while watching the news.
"Morning, Dad," Sarah said from behind of Nathan.
Nathan turned to her with a smile.
"Morning, Cupcake. I hope you have fun at school today."
"Me too," Sarah genuinely laughed, amused by the fact that her father was oblivious to what happened last night, and that she was definitely not going to school that day.
Nathan laughed.
"You're hilarious."
She chuckled.
"I know. I'm gonna eat breakfast and then sho-"
They both tensed up as they heard the news on the tv.
"In local news, a horrible tragedy struck Drewman Middle School," the female news anchor spoke.
Nathan's eyes widened, and Sarah also feigned ignorance by widening hers.
"It's your school," Nathan whispered.
Sarah didn't say anything, she only listened intently.
"Witnesses, who were the members of the faculty, stated: that upon entering the school, they found the body of 12 years-old, Brian Zaine with a stab wound in the side of his head."
"Brian?!" They both blurted out in shock. Though Sarah was once again feigning ignorance.
Catherine quickly rushed out of the kitchen and into the living room.
"What hap?!-"
She stopped herself and put her hand over her mouth in horror as she saw that the news headline stated: "Drewman Middle School Student, Brian Zaine Slain."
"Brian... it was only a couple of days ago that he had dinner with us. How could this-" She stopped her sentence as tears welled up in her eyes.
She then turned to Sarah, who now had a fountain of tears streaming down her face. "He- Brian can't be-" Her voice cracked and her parents wrapped their arms around her in a hug. "I- I'm so sorry, Sarah," They both voiced in unison with tears welling up in their eyes.
'Wow... they just said that in perfect unison. And another wow... I'm a fucking phenomenal actor.'
Nathan cast his gaze back at the news, and then back at Catherine before saying,
"There's a murderer here, and we're not staying. We're moving today."
"But Natha-"
"End of discussion. I won't let the same thing that happened to our son happen to Sarah."
Catherine nodded.
Sarah meekly lowered her head as she said,
"I- I think that's a good idea, I'm scared."
"It's gonna be okay, Honey," Catherine reassured her.
"Yeah, we're gonna go somewhere safe. You'll make lots of new friends," Nathan reassured her.
Sarah smiled as she thought,
'Lots of new people to kill.'
