All Duh'blo the Knight wants is to play the game his own way. Alone. Life is unpredictable, as are other gamers. Duh'blo hates that--the way other people can be so conceited, so self-interested, so nasty--so he sticks to soloing in his favored, old-school MMORPG. What starts off as another day in the life of a solitary grinder quickly takes a turn for the worse when the game devs unexpectedly implement a patch that forces gamers to party with one another if they want to keep playing. Duh'blo is mortified by the changes. More terrifying than the fircest elefant or dragonkin, he will have to face down his greatest fear: other people. An imaginative yet nostalgic world inspired by the glory days of EverQuest, World of Warcraft, Final Fantasy XI, RuneScape, Ultima Online, and others.
