Chapter 1: Winds Of Change

Yellow eyes, If the nickname didn't explain it enough for you he is a demon with yellow eyes. The killer of Mary Winchester, wife of my father's best friend.

My parents left to go on another hunting trip last week since John Winchester got a few traces of his wife's killer. A little thank you would be appreciated, I mean I was the one to discover its whereabouts online, not like it matters anyway. I expect him to make good on his promise later on.

They were selected to be part of the backup, along with someone named Bobby Singer. They were all invited to kill the bastard once and for all. I could have helped—no, I mean I should've been there with my parents fighting. But everyone else seemed to have different plans for me. My plans of killing the legendary yellow eyes died that day.

They made me watch a kid named Dean Winchester, with his little brother Sam Winchester. I agreed thinking they would all be back in a few days, but it's been a few weeks and it's already February 13.

On my birthday, all I have around me to celebrate the damn thing is a little kid with light green puppy dog eyes and my first student.

Happy 16th birthday, and happy me, I guess.

"What in God's green earth is this fucking abomination". Lucas's shock was visible while looking at the mysterious phone that suddenly appeared in his hand. His mundane life ended that day, shattered by that dragon three years ago. Whatever this thing was a new change is on the rise once again.

(???) 1987 February 20th

Ten thousand years, that's how long this thing had been sealed for. The ancient creature had previously been sealed up till that moment, but that all changed five years ago. After breaking the seal the first thing it did was to hunt once more. If it could hunt more it would, but the natural order wasn't so easily broken.

Its activity has been inconsistent since its awakening recently. Its prey mostly consisted of monsters and humans alike.

Its favorite monsters to hunt all had dragon blood within or were dragons themselves. This entity's instincts sensed a great change coming, and it didn't want to miss any of it.

"Those pigeons & bats must have planned something with how much preparation they created over the years it's been awake. To become more active. The insects built themselves a world far greater than the days of old." It spoke with a deep annoyance in its voice as it walked all alone within its dark icy underground castle.

Within this dark place, the creature's glowing green eyes were the only light source around currently.

Soon enough it had left its castle to step outside its gates.

"*Light*" The entity in question uttered but a single word before the darkness ceased, now it was replaced by the light of the false sky above.

This entire territory was illuminated by the man's earlier spell chant. The light revealed a city-sized underground space that looked to be mimicking a maze.

In the middle of this maze was a massive black castle he had previously been asleep in. The ceiling of this massive area was filled with tens of thousands of shining white orbs that made the ceiling light up like the night sky. Each orb was one meter away from each other and each orb was a one-meter sphere in diameter.

The light above revealed the appearance of the ancient monster. His body showed him as a muscular young man with dark brown skin with light blue tattoos.

The man kept walking forward in the dark, he soon passed by the underground's complex structures. He found himself remembering pieces of his past. His memories were vague at best, but his surroundings had finally brought back his memories of healing magic.

The man in question had light blue tattoos that were shaped like flames around his limbs and eyes. His hair is dark blue with eyes that were green in the dark and blue in the light. He wore baggy dark blue shorts with light blue flame patterns on the sides.

He didn't have a shirt but he did wear a long dark cape as he started walking up the path. His bare feet didn't feel any discomfort as he walked straight to the exit nearby.

"Those insects made some interesting toys, these insects grew in many ways ever since I was gone. Lilith's spawn from the reverse side of the world has started to play once more." Interest was all those beings had brought him, why must he not treat food as food? Those insects and those of a similar caliber weren't worth his time.

In this world, only a hundred he knew about could rival or surpass my strength. Ultimately this list was pointless since they weren't even active most of the time with most trying to break that box God left upon creation before HE came to this world and .....

With my current knowledge, I understood only beings above sequence four could ever hope to damage or possibly kill me. After all in a sense, they were descendants of Him. Those powers had to come from somewhere, and they certainly were related to God or his creation. You could argue they were an insertion event, but whatever that thing was, it wasn't under The Natural Order in authority.

He had already killed all the available dragons he could find back then, doing this was the reason he was even able to find out about this. An ancient dragon back in the day unrelated to the Mother Of Monsters witnessed the battle between those two. His memories and powers were all mine once he died to my hang.

Before long the man reached the end of the maze. Soon enough he opened the doors of his underground territory, his eyes were met with the icy winds of the snowy wasteland before him.

"The bugs called this land Antarctica, due to its climate the insects stayed away. Truly a perfect home indeed." The man spoke aloud all the while as his body started growing in size the moment he came outside.

The monster in human form started shifting its form to change as it grew massively. The creature's skin grew pitch black, its belly turned pale gray.

The light blue flame tattoos started to cover parts of its body giving its skin some flaming blue tattoos. Giant wings broke free from his back, and a tail followed along soon after. The creature's teeth grew sharp, and its previous outfit disappeared like magic.

The wings are covered in feathers & scales, it took up a more bird-like appearance than dragonic. His eyes changed as well, its color had turned pure white instead of blue. His hair faded, and his head changed to become denser and bulkier.

After all the changes were complete the man in question appeared to cast off his mortal form to reveal its true monstrous form. Now its body gave off a thirst for destruction with a ceaseless desire to devour.

After the transformation was complete the man who once stood alone at the entrance was replaced with a huge black dragon with flaming blue tattoos.

"I am the king of the dragons, the black dragon of apocalypse. My name is Acnologia. I am here once more." A beastly voice roared, and the dragon flew into the air leaving its territory behind.

The black dragon's official announcement thundered across the entire reverse side of the world and many other realms.

Unknowingly the dragon's roar had fatal consequences for the world later down the line, it was heard by all with special senses.

-BOOM-!

The sound waves that came from that roar caused a massive category 7 earthquake all over Antarctica. This event was mysteriously contained to that continent alone, and its effects did not affect its territory underground.

Long after he left a lady appeared by the entrance of his home. The lady had white hair, skin like snow, back eyes, and a black dress. She could be seen looking at a black book. On its pages read something about a family in a pink bubble. On the other page, it talked about her being at an event themed around books with her talking to some boy about his favorite novels.

. . .

Acnologia flew faster into the air leaving the icy wasteland behind to head to new lands. On its travels it devoured a few sea monsters across the sea, it also flew above a few planes.

All of them were either destroyed or devoured, but one plane had its attention briefly before it forgot about it the next minute.

'Someone had used some sort of teleportation ability to escape one of the flying metal bird's doom.' Acnologia's interest was all but a fleeting thought as it flew away. An insect was still a bug no matter its abilities or form.

The dragon had unknowingly woken up many sleeping entities across the world. Somewhere in London, a man with a crystal monocle was seen talking to a man with golden hair.

In a random hospital, an old deathly pale man in a black suit could be seen holding the hand of a child whose body is covered in tubes. The old man's right hand was holding the child. His left hand held a huge scythe with a metallic blade and a wooden handle, the weapon gave off an ancient aura.

In Japan, a man with stitches across his forehead could be seen holding multiple dark red fingers with sharp black nails inside some sort of container.

Within a land of endless blue sand with a huge tree of light in the middle. A blonde-haired woman could be seen. She could be sculpting giant sculptures of titans out of sand. Watching her do all this was a man with a golden crown with blue eyes. His body's flesh kept squirming, it had a humanoid appearance, but the only thing that looked human was its shape. It appeared to be made out of a massive pile of light gray worms, but that form only showed itself for a moment before it went back to normal.

. . . .

(???) 1987 February 20th

"Mom, is what Dad said about Japan true?"

The boy asked while staring at his mom curiously.

"Yes, Lucas, what your father told you about Asia with their natural unique hair and eyes is true." Those people also tend to be more beautiful than the average person as well." His mom patiently explained.

'Sorry Lucus, but your father left out some vital information. He didn't tell you the part where those kinds of people were also more likely to have some kind of supernatural gift as well.' She thought to herself before hearing a faint roar in the distance. She assumed it to be the engines of the plane, but she ignored it entirely, her spells didn't pick up on anything so it was assumed to be nothing.

'This is the last time I let James pick our way of transportation. Next time I'll educate him on the other ways we can travel. Ignorance is one thing, but my husband being this ignorant about these things won't stand on my watch.'

"Emma, don't forget to tell him those kinds of people aren't only found in Asian people. While rare people outside of those areas can be born with those features" Irish people for example can be born with red hair. Don't forget about the celebrities back home, most of those with colored hair are all natural." He spoke casually about this topic, he went on and on with his son about the finer details.

My son was lying on his bed nearby. James got the flight attendant to get him some wine while talking to his son.

'I guess this kind of treatment is to be expected from the Gojo clan with the level of wealth they have. They are willing to pay a rental fee of a few million to use my weapons.' He thought as he patiently waited for his wine.

Soon enough the wine he ordered had arrived. He was passing time with his son as they kept talking about what Japan would be like, he also talked about his many adventures with his wife in that country in the past.

'Maybe it's time I tell him the reason behind us going to Japan' But, he hasn't been exposed to the other side yet.' He thought for a little but ultimately decided to leave it for another time.

James unknowingly linked his conversation to the reason behind them going to Japan. "Son, have you heard of the five great clans from Japan? " James asked.

"Dad, aren't they all famous ancient families since the middle ages?" Lucas replied.

"You're partially right, but haven't you wondered why we are flying first class with our budget? While we aren't poor, we aren't exactly well off either, to be spending money on frivolous things. The Gojo clan wanted to borrow something from us, and they had already paid us a down payment in advance. Our tickets were likewise bought by them as well."

His son's eyes glowed as he asked what he expected to happen from his explanation.

"Can you show me, please Dad I wanna see, pretty please with cherries on top!?" Lucas's expression changed into his signature puppy dog eyes attack mode as he called it. These faces were all a ploy to get his father to spill the beans.

James struggled a bit before standing firm in his convictions.

"This is a business trip, your mother, and I can't tell you the reason just yet." James subtly shifted the conversation back towards Japan, before finishing his speech hoping his son would forget.

Lucas was distracted once more, not by his father's actions, but by the window right next to him. His father had noticed him being distracted by the window so he questioned him about it. When his father asked why he was so distracted he told him he was looking for sky dragons.

"Dad, how high up are we?" Lucas asked his father, but he had a blank look as he turned to his wife.

"Lucas, your father doesn't know everything, if you want to ask anyone, ask me, ok sweetie? We are flying about 40,000 feet above sea level give or take." Emma replied.

"Mom you're 5 '10, Dad is like 6' 6, and I'm 5 '6. So if you stacked like 7500 of me you might reach this height, I think." He told his mom with pride, but she shook her head.

'Your math is wrong Lucas, but you're still learning. It was pretty close for a guest-based estimation.' Emma thought as she gave Lucas a head pat.

"Oh my god, James, he's right. Our boy is a little genius." The sarcasm in Emma's voice went over Lucas's head, but James got the hint.

"Wow, my son is a little genius, what are you going to tell me next, maybe he has a god watching over him, hopefully, that god is a hot goddess or something. Who knows with the level of genius my boy has reached, that goddess might even become his wife." James spoke aloud attracting attention from all nearby passengers.

"Mom, Dad stop your. . . " Lucas looked down in shame as his parents kept egging him on with compliments.

"Cat got your tongue, Son?" James said while hugging his son.

A few passengers looked at the scene with a smile, others had annoyed looks. Some of the people nearby even got a laugh out of the situation only serving to embarrass Lucas even further.

During this time while we were relaxing my son kept looking outside the window. I asked him if he liked the sky, but this time he said he saw a giant shadow flying above the clouds far away. The other time before I just chalked it up to Lucas being Lucas, but I felt something different this time. You could call it a gut feeling or my sixth sense acting up, but I had to make sure just in case. I secretly asked Emma to do one of her magical tests quickly to see if we were fine.

She came back with nothing at first, but my nerves were still on fire about something going on. In situations like these, I would usually try to leave as soon as possible, but our area restricted that option. My son kept saying it was getting closer, this only served to further set off the alarms in my head.

"Emma do it again one more time!!!"

I said it out loud this time by accident since my instincts were screaming at me to run.

She frowned a little before having a devastating look on her face.

She immediately left her seat to hug them both tightly in her loving arms.

"James I love you, Lucas my sweet baby boy remember you're our pride and joy."

"Mom, why are you acting so weird? Mom, Dad, look, the giant shadow is coming closer." Our son said as we both saw what he didn't see outside the window.

"*Honey, it looks like the rumors were true after all. The black dragon is back.*" James voiced his thoughts as they all looked outside the window as his wife turned to him to smile weakly.

"No matter, we are together as a family, Honey I hope heaven is as nice as the lege---" James didn't get to finish before the world around him changed immediately in the blink of an eye.

A sudden wind blade tore apart the plane in the sky destroying the plane. Over 95% of the passengers on board died instantly, but Lucas T. Bellaster and his family weren't hurt.

They all held hands inside a pink bubble Emma had conjured with a quick hex spell. Yet, such magic was draining, it only stopped the original shockwave damage of the attack. If it was a direct hit the bubble would have popped, and they all would have died at that very moment.

"*James, my spell doesn't have enough juice to save us from the fall.*"

"*Emma I always thought we would die after seeing our great great great grandkids.*" He sighed at his fate as this encounter had turned deadly.

A few screams could be heard in the distance from fellow passengers who survived the initial wave. Most of the survivors who weren't killed upon impact were soon killed by the debris fragments from the airplane while falling or died from their new wounds.

Out of 240 people on the plane, 228 were killed instantly. Of the 12 people left 3 of them were kept safe in a magic bubble, while the rest were subjected to the next coming incidents.

Four more died from their injuries mid-fall, three from the plane fragments launching into their bodies. Only five people remained with only three people remaining uninjured from the accident, the other two had multiple broken bones with burns and scratches all over their bodies.

Those two people with all their injuries were barely alive after only two minutes since the initial incident occurred. All of this was caused by the appearance of dozens of wind blades assaulting the airplane out of nowhere.

They were all falling at this point with no land in sight above the North Pacific Ocean. They were in the middle of their flight to Japan from California. At this point, everyone would long be dead before help ever arrived.

"Wow, Mommy made a pink bubble. We are slowly falling."Can you two give us wings later? I wanna fly together later on."

'Lucid dreams can be pretty realistic sometimes, this dream was way more realistic than the others I've had before. I wonder how Mom and Dad will react when I wake them up and tell them.'

"*Honey, I know your magical bubble slowed our fall by over 99% and took all the initial damage, but at this speed, in a few minutes, we will all be dead.*"

"*James we don't have a few minutes, my spell is constantly draining my mana, and soon enough the slow fall feature will shatter.*"

Huh, so this is the end after all? What a way to go out. I didn't think a simple business trip would be the end for me and my family. Our son still thinks this is his usual lucid dream, the same ones he tells us about often.

Well, once we hit the water, we will all die instantly from the fall anyway. So, in theory, it will be painless, and we can all meet again in the afterlife. Luckily he can't hear our conversation right now, as my wife is using her messaging spell.

"*Emma, we won't tell him it's not a dream. He should die in ignorance peacefully with a sense of wonder rather than die in despair and terror with an unavoidable fate.*"

"*But, James shouldn't we tell him the truth just this once. We have been hiding things from him since he w---*"

"*No, Emma we both know the instant we hit the sea we will all die instantly. Let our boy enjoy his peace a little longer.*"

The shocked expression leaves James's face as he turns his head a bit with a smile.

"Lucas my boy, you should know dream magic is limited, so just enjoy the scenery as we fall."

Emma cries a bit before also smiling like James. "Lucas, don't worry we will all have wings together the next time you wake up in a different dream in 90 seconds." She explained while trying to comfort her son in a close hug with his father.

"Mom, Dad, are you both serious? Wait a sec, did you guys just promise to plan the next dream world?" He asked with a shocked expression as this was the first time his dream planned events for future dreams.

'They are acting strange, but most of my dreams are strange so it doesn't matter. I wonder what kind of adventure we will have with these wings that are planned for next time?'

Before long the bubble lost its slowing properties and started rocketing towards the sea like a missile. The other passengers were long dead by this point in time, and all the pieces of the plane had long fallen into the sea.

A boy could be seen within a pink bubble surrounded by hugs between two people as he kept saying weeee or yaaa while heading downward.

Before they hit the ground a miracle happened. The boy's hair turned half white and his eyes turned orange. The instant this happened the big pink bubble was teleported into the boy's room, and before long Lucas's long hair and eyes turned back to normal.

The boy's eyes closed as he fell asleep deeply while his parents held him.

The parents looked around in shock as they laid their son to bed while looking around.

"Should we...Test him for his gifts? Our son just saved our lives, but no normal child is capable of this kind of power." Emma said nervously trying to come to terms with the insane day they just experienced.

"We will do some quick tests, but anything deeper will have Lucas's involvement. It is time for Lucas to know the truth, we have been hiding too many things from him. Our son being awake for the testing will clue him into what's going on. Emma, no matter what comes up, he is still our son in the end. He only needs to learn like a hunter. We won't shelter him any longer."

"This needs to change, his gift has shown us he is already part of the supernatural world whether we like it or not. The least we can do for him as parents is teach him how to protect himself." James spoke as his conviction solidified.
