What would you do with all the power in the world? Caleb has had the worst of life thrown at him over and over and over again. And now he's found out he's got lung cancer. Stage four. Inoperable. He's only got roughly three months to live. But when he's suddenly whisked away by some system to another world along with two or so million others, he's given a second chance at life. With a record, the ability to get XP, level up and use magic, he can maybe, just maybe, find a cure to his cancer. But in this new world of magic, there's tons of evil too. Evil monsters, even eviler people, some really, really, evil world destroying villains and the constantly looming threat of total annihilation from a couple of evil sentient galaxy destroying entities just as powerful as the system that grants him all his strength. And there’s not a single hero anywhere to be found. So hey, if he can cure his cancer, why not become one? The universe needs a shining beacon of hope and being a hero can't be that hard, right?
