Several hours later. Californian Empire maritime territory.
As the unknown wooden ships crossed the Californian border, seemingly undeterred from the flyby from the Francisco fighter group. The entirety of the CNS Theodore Roosevelt was in a paradox in deciding whether to shoot down the ships or to let them land on Baja California, since they haven't been contacted by the Californian naval command yet. Of course interception was an option on the table but that would risk the lives of the crew onboard since the CNS Theodore Roosevelt was an aircraft carrier and the unknown wooden ships had air escorts coming along with it, thus making it certain that if it were an invading army the deck of the aircraft carrier could be bombed.
"Jesus fucking Christ! Have we gotten in contact with anyone? At this point I would rather have this ship captured by AIPO or PCI forces!" The captain said to the radio operator. "Where in the seven god damn seas was your brain when the entire country was going to be threatened by wooden ships!?", "At least I'm trying to keep this ship afloat!" The radio operator, now offended looked back at the captain. "When I asked for your decision in dealing with those wooden ships, you just shrugged your fucking shoulders! This boat ain't going to stay afloat with your stupidity!"
"They are just wooden boats! Just get a napalm bomb onto an F-22 and we are all good-", "That 'wood' could be reinforced with steel to give off a deceiving look! We also don't know how thick the armor is on those flying lizards!" The situation intensifies as the two start debating. "So? We could just fire missiles at those oversaturated birds! Even if we die trying the, what? Five highest ranked nations in Post-America alone have enough firepower to level the entirety of Africa!", "What if we are the only people left from earth then!? All of the nuclear armed submarines in the Californian Empire are gone! Disappeared along with the entire nation-"
Just then the quartermaster interrupts. "Sorry to interrupt your argument over whether to push a button on a convenient control panel or not Captain Douglass, but we just got a response from Oregon naval command." Both the radio operator and the captain stare at the quartermaster. "WHAT!?" The radio operator scrambles for the communication equipment and puts the headset on his head. "This is CNS Theodore Roosevelt, could you repeat what you just said? There was a little bit of an issue on deck.", "Christ, you fuckers are fighting now. Ok, Francisco just said that you need to return to Sonora."
"I didn't know the fighter group took control of the capital." This got some chuckles out of some of the people in the bridge but the operator on the other side wasn't having it at all. "THE FUCKING CAPITAL GODDAMIT! SAN. FRANSISCO. They said you need to go back to Sonora because Canada just turned into a big ass forest again, and Mexico is gone!" All of the chuckling and laughs of the bridge stopped immediately as soon as the message was heard. However the radio operator thought he was joking. He was not.
"Heh, alright yea sure. Anyways some wooden ships just entered our maritime borders, you might want to get the coast guard involved in this." A long silence came from the radio before a response was given "A WHAT just entered our maritime borders!? Alright fuck it. Stay in that spot, we are sending over two coast guard ships, you get some planes in the air too since you are in an aircraft carrier. Also I'm not joking, just land at Javaros after bringing or destroying those wooden ships and we'll show you some proof. But for now, just arm yourselves. Got that?"
"Oh uh alright then." The radio operator said in a serious tone, now realizing that the situation at hand is serious. The captain, who had abandoned his grudges against the radio operator, nodded. "You heard them, get Francisco 1-7 back up in the air now."

Rinsui went through the cargo of the ship and searched through the books that the Qua-Toynians brought along when escaping Rodenius. During his search Kanata found Rinsui scrummaging through the cargo "Ah prime minister, did we take any books that detailed the legend of the sun god? I think we might have an answer to the mysterious flying objects that passed by recently." Kanata looked at Rinsui for a moment as going through books or literature in general wasn't something he usually did or read.
"No foreign minister. We left it in Qua-Toyne amidst all of the chaos caused by Louria, its still in the royal capital." Rinsui sighed in disappointment as he thought he would have gotten a semblance of what the mysterious objects were. "Well alright-" Suddenly he was interrupted by shouting on the deck of the ship. "UNKNOWN SHIP SPOTTED!" Kanata and Rinsui rushed up the steps towards the deck and saw the crew panicking as they rushed to get their weapons. A crewman went up to Kanata with a spyglass. "Here prime minister." Kanata nodded and looked through it towards the unknown ship. "What is it?" Rinsui asked
"Its a wyvern carrier similar to those of the Parpaldilian Empire, the only differences are that it is metal and carrying those unknown flying objects. Considering the unknown flying objects, I think it can be on equal terms, or even beat some nations by itself." Kanata said. Suddenly a smaller ship with one cannon and another ship seemingly without any armaments blocked the sight of the eyeglass. "Huh?" Kanata said in confusion, suddenly a loud booming voice was heard from the white ship.
"THIS IS THE CALIFORNIAN COAST GUARD! IDENTIFY YOURSELF AND YOUR REASON FOR TRESSPASSING OR YOU WILL BE SHOT DOWN!" The mysterious voice yelled out. Kanata was surprised that the white ship had an actual voice but dismissed the idea, deducting that it may be some voice enhancement spell. Luckily they had a mage on deck so a response could be sent out. "Uh excuse me people of the metal ships. We request to seek asylum in Cal- Caleefornia." Kanata looks at Rinsui with a reassuring look, silently asking if he had pronounced it right to which Rinsui shrugged.
"Understood. Please follow us." The white ship yelled out in the same loud voice, this time calmer. The white ship moved towards the Qua-Toynian ship, going right next to it and boarded first before moving towards California. "So who is the leader of this ship?" A man who seemed to be the captain of the white ship asked. "I am." Kanata said. The man sighed. "We have a hell of a lot to ask."
August 10th 2066. San Francisco, Californian Empire.
Connor was sitting in his office filing out paperwork that would be important for the restoration of the Californian Empire when he heard a knock on his door. "Yes what is it?" Connor asked. "Mr. President, you have visitors." Connor sighed. "If its those authoritarian bastards then send them away, i have work to do-", "They aren't from the Midwestern Union or Post-America at all, they're from outside the outside world." Connor stopped and dropped the pen he was signing the documents with, realizing that he might finally have a connection with ASDA, AIPO or even the PCI.

But then again, just yesterday some patrol planes under the jurisdiction of the Californian Empire, Midwestern Union, Great Lakes Republic, USA and New England had went through what was assumed to be both North and South America but found nothing but some uncharted islands devoid of intelligent life. Alaska had also sent some patrol planes west towards New Canteria but found nothing but an island belonging to a nation named the Parpaldilian Empire and massive disappointment from their top brass. It would seem as if Post-America had completely disappeared from the planet from the point of view of the entire earth.
"Let them in." The two doors to the presidents office opened and two individuals stepped in. "Greetings uh.", "Prime minister Kanata of Qua-Toyne, This is Foreign minister Rinsui of the same kingdom." Connor loosened up a bit but still kept his guard up. "Well greetings representatives of Qua-Toyne. I am Connor Roosevelt, the head of state to the Californian Empire."
"Its an honor to meet you your majesty." Kanata said, in which Connor looked in confusion before quickly dismissing it. "Its president, Anyways can you gentlemen tell me why you have left this nation named Qua-Toyne?" Kanata sighed as he was exhausted by the trip to San Francisco as is. Luckily Rinsui was awake enough to be competent, he then proceeded to detail the invasion of Qua-Toyne by Louria. From the capture of Gim and Ejei to the last stand of Maiharks naval forces and how Quila was soon to be next. Little that they know that a Californian listening device was hearing every word and detail they said.
"We hope your uh, presidency would let us live in the Californian Empire until our homeland is liberated." Connor sighed. "Very well, but i have a proposal to that matter.", "And what would that be?", "We can liberate your kingdom but you have to let us build military bases in your territory. Quila is no exception as well." Kanata looked at Rinsui, seemingly silently discussing the terms that Connor gave them. "We can, but are you sure that you can beat Louria? They have technology more advanced than ours and are on the path to become a great power."
Connor chuckled in confidence. "Well when we fought for our independence we had to fight a superpower, a rising great power shouldn't be a big deal." Kanata and Rinsui brightened up a little as a result from this response. "Besides, if that so called 'rising great power' still uses wooden ships, then you fellows are in luck. We have enough power to take over half of Post-America alone. But enough of that patriotism, we'll give you 48 hours to decide. For now you can leave and spend some time here." Kanata looks at Connor uneasy. "With bodyguards of course." This eases both Kanata and Rinsui and they both leave the president office.
"Have they left?" Connor asks. After a few seconds the security guards behind the door answer. "They just left Mr. President.", "Good, get in." The security guard entered in the presidential office and Connor handed him the listening device. "Give this to the secret service and tell them to spy on the Qua-Toynians discreetly. We have one hell of a story to tell to the world." The security guard nods and leaves.
Connor sighs as he relaxes on his chair before going through paperwork again. This time it seemingly became harder as the Qua-Toynians were another thing on his mind. He pulled out a paper in the pile of papers that had amassed even before the transfer. "A request to make an military and economic alliance with us, the GLR and New England called the American Entente. Huh, interesting."
Fenn Kingdom, Amanoki.
The sword king Shihan rests in his palace as he reminisces about the peaceful times he had before the Parpadilian Empire disturbed the peaceful life of Fenn itself with requests to hand over land to them. "Such a troublesome empire disturbing the peace of my country, if there was only a way for me to drive them off." He sighed and drank some tea that was next to him. He then looked down upon the residents of Amanoki. On the corner of his eye he saw something however.
"Hm?" Shihan looked directly at it and saw what would be presumed to be a ship in the distance. "What's that? Another nation to disturb me once again?" Shihan looked at the ship and presumed it to be Mu, a nation in the second civilization area. But little did he know, it wasn't Mu or any nation in the New World, it was from a nation in Post-America.
Meanwhile the wind dragon squadron was scouting out the ship as the capital went into a mild chaos. "Lord Susanou. That strange ship is using 'light' to watch us." A wind dragon said. "Light? Even though I'm not seeing anything at all from it?", "Seemingly a magical frequency so high that humans couldn't perceive it, i could though. It is the 'light' we use to communicate with our brethren. But it seems that it is so strong that it could see better and further than any dragon." Susanou looked down at the ship.
"So that would mean that the mysterious ship has as much power or even more so, than a dragon?" The wind dragon sighed. "It would seem as if. But we haven't attacked it so we can't be exactly sure.", "So that means we can possibly take it down?", "Possibly. You can go on ahead and attack that ship, fail, and watch the entirety of Amanoki burn to the ground." An uncanny silence ensued. "There's more to that ship than its 'light'. I sense a feeling of worry each time i pass it, like it has an aura of some sort. It may just be the crew but who knows, the ship might not even be manned."
--------------------------------------------------
The ANS Juneau was currently sailing towards the west of the assumed-to-be pacific ocean as they had lost communications with Alaska and the PCI a few days ago. During the time they lost communications they had completely ran out of refrigerated food as the ship wasn't expected to have to last days in the sea, only non-refrigerated goods such as MREs and cereal were left.
"God, finally some fucking land for once instead of just dead ocean." Jackson said as he looked exhausted from the constant sight of water. "So where do you think this is? Japan?" Jackson asked the quartermaster. "Judging by the building's shape and general layout, I would say its somewhere in between Korea and Japan, maybe closer to the latter.", "Well if this is actually Japan then we are probably nearing a town in Hokkaido or somewhere in the south of Japan.", "Hokkaido is in the north dumbass." Jackson sighed. "Oh yea, the amount the days we've spent at sea has me thinking improperly, sorry."
The quartermaster sighed as she looked at the infrastructure of Fenn, unaware that it was definitely not Japan. "Say, doesn't the infrastructure look a little old for 2060s Japan? I mean there was this whole thing in the 2050s where the government modernized the entire South, mountains and all.", "Didn't you used to live in Indonesia?", "Well yes but I became a fan of the manga and books produced by Japan, a classic manga I read was one named 'nihonkoku shoukan' where Japan gets summoned to a world named the Great Orient. Its a good manga, check it out once we get back to earth."
Jackson sighed. "What was your name again? I didn't get it the first time." The quartermaster looked at Jackson. "Francesca." Jackson chuckled silently. "Lucchini.", "Shut up." Silence soon followed. "Say, this kinda looks like a kingdom in the manga i mentioned earlier.", "What was it?" Francesca put her hand onto her chin. "I think it was some place called Fenn-" Suddenly a wind dragon flew by the bridge, grabbing the attention of the CIWS anti aircraft guns on the deck. "Oh shit!"
