oh yea just so you know that this fic could be dropped due to how i don't have much ideas though its still unknown and the people will talk in a new way now for example Drake: mum  like that :3 this way Drake said"mum' is to complicated :P oh yea i decided that this will be a mix of xianxa since people rank up from cultivation though not all those pills though there will be things to help with cultivation. second pokemon i guess since the thing being summoned  can rank up and evolve? oh well lets get to the story

It had been several years since the day Drake received the summoners guide and since then he had learned about cultivation from his parents and has been meditating and purifying his spirit every single day for a few hours. He had learned that his mother was a advanced healing mage and his father was a sword saint from what he learned from the rankings of this world they went like this.

     This he learned had applied to both warriors and mages and they rank up from breakthroughs and gaining insights from the world around them at the same time he was taught that the power gap between 2 different ranks were like comparing the Heaven and Earth. Say for example that you saw a saint ranked warrior fight against a sage ranked warrior normally you'd think that its just one rank and that wouldn't affect the battle to much but it would considering the essences and battle-Qi that a saint ranked warrior was much more pure and potent than a sage ranked warrior's essence and battle-Qi. Also these differences where caused by the soul core which resided deep within a person's soul the higher ranked a soul core is allows you to absorb purer essences be it battle-Qi or elemental essence this also affects a persons material body and soul defense which is the most important part of a battle as it would heavily affect your battle style a souls defense was extremely important since should the soul core be completely destroyed the soul would be destroyed and the person would never be able to reincarnate again. Material attack at the same time have there own benefits as they can cause massive amounts of damage and not have the complex formation as a soul attack would have. Though most cultivators strength their material attack first and then their soul defense as it was extremely hard to do so and most people cannot comprehend the complex formation needed to use a soul attack until spending a few years on it.  

With this knowledge Drake asked his parents if he could train earlier despite being hesitant they agreed after a few days. Though they added multiple rules that they would not train him in Intermediate techniques or would he over train as it would affect his growth as he was pretty young right now being 7 years old. After a few months of training nearing his 8th birthday he broke through into the Intermediate stage of a warrior this was due to his talent and the amount of hard work he put in should a normal person put 3 hours to training Drake would do 7. Upon reaching his 8th he saw his father and mother and his grandparents extremely excited as he thus decided to ask what was happened Drake: mum dad why do you guys look so excited. Jessica: oh you don't know great we'll tell you when you have your birthday cake. Upon hearing this Drake tilted his head and had his face crunched up in concentration which made him look extremely cute as his mother squeal and suddenly hugging and saying: Kawai!!! As time passed Drake grew more curious and upon  when the birthday celebration started he almost couldn't hold his curiosity everyone one who was invited had fun and Drake was endlessly showered with gifts from the other villagers as his family contributed it a lot. Drake didn't know this but his mother healed the injury of anything who asked her or seemed hurt to her and his father was the main hunter and provided the most meat for the village. As the villagers left he had a question for his parents.

 Drake: mum dad why are you so excited? his parents replied : its because son its the day when your finally get your affinitys checked at the magic guild. Drake who suddenly realized that started to become excited and he asked Drake: what kind of affinity you think ill get Water? Fire? Thunder? ahh theres so many choices! After letting Drake go into his own world for a while the parents starting the converse Mother: what kind of affinity do you think hell get? Father: i think he'll probably get fire since he's so reckless. This caused a chuckle from both the Mother and the Father after gently carrying Drake to his bed they decided that that the Father would travel with Drake to Darius Kingdom to visit the magic guild as the small town they lived in did not have one. Despite all of what they said to Drake they were worried since mages were rare considering not everyone was born with a affinity high enough to practice magic or the innate talent to channel mana and use the mana surrounding them. And there was also a second requirement needed to become a mage one needed enough mana capacity to be able to channel the required mana to use a spell. Also even though ones mana capacity could be increased a person mana capacity also decided how much elemental essence a person could absorb during training, And for Drakes dream of being a summoner he needed large amounts of mana to actually summon a being from a astral plane and materialize it and also he needed to have enough talent to become a summoner.

now don't think i forgot what this fic was mainly about despite there being summoners their rare because of the mana capacity of becoming one and second there rare because of the talent needed and Drake will become a summoner though he will also be a strong warrior and a god like mage since a summoner and a mage both need mass amounts of mana note that i will include the summoner rank at the next chapter when they get the test should he be able to have affinity to being able to summon things and hell probably get a familiar in the next few weeks i guess?
