As if that wasn't enough he got the lowest mana rating out of all one hundred summoned 'scholars'. With a few thousand serfs and citizens under his rule, he has to figure it out. And better he does it quickly. As I always loved kingdom-building stories together with progression fantasy stories, this is my try to blend the two together into one.
