Hey, guys. Author here.
I have some unfortunate news. All of you are unaware, but I'm in the military. And I've recently been informed that I will be out-processing and heading to Texas. I'll be gone until February of next year, and while I will have access to the internet, writing really won't be on the table.
I'm pretty bummed, to say the least. But with all changes in life, there comes opportunity. So, I've decided to move forward with a plan I've had for a while now: rewrite the story. What I've written so far doesn't meet my expectations, and quite honestly, I hate reading back over my old chapters (the first few, the most). The story, for one, seems to be just going with the flow. And while this isn't the case, because I do have an outline, it's impossible to tell as just a reader. Second, the meandering. I tend to get off on tangents, explaining things that don't need explained, and not explaining things that should be explained. Thirdly -- nevermind, I'll just stop here.

The new fiction will be similar, same characters and premise, but I'm definitely changing the story a bit. Same universe, new canon, if that makes sense. Sorry if this bums some of you out who liked the story.
It'll most likely be over a year, but whenever I can post the new story rewrite, I'll link it on this fiction. (Unless I brutally die in a horrible war that happens to break out. Then, feel free to curse my grave for lying to you).
