So, the movements were big, many properties were returned to their owners, and the real states were a little bit complicated because most of the places were rebuilt, and that included the places they used to have.
Some "smart guys" try to impersonate or claim properties or valuables; some even try to push forced marriages or even rape or kidnapping attempts.
To respond to this, the judiciary acted fast, and the offenders were sent to penal colonies inside a PDM.
All this was very publicized, as the old Chinese say: "Kill the chicken to scare the monkeys."
The High Council representatives explained the problem they are now facing: they're incomunicated, and if they want to return, they need to wait; overwhelmingly, most of them didn't want to; maybe a visit later.
To this end, the High Council at the moment doesn't plan to restrict movements.

In the deepest of the facilities in the labs of the exclusive PDM of the engineering department, a sci-fi vision is in the making.

This series comes with another model: an airbyke; this one is bulkier, with a windshield; the concept is based on the cruiser motorcycle from Earth; this model is a military build; it is mainly used by explorers and scouts; they often need to move great distances and need great support, but also require being less noticed in the surroundings.
The Airbyke comes in civil or military tunned versions, with space expansion storages, mini PDMs with a camper-style room filled with a kitchenette, microwave, freezer, bathroom and toilet, bed, and a small living room.
This model can be brought out to the exterior, adding camouflage-painted exterior, perimeter defenses, surveillance cameras, and sensors.

The airbyke also has a small power plant and ethera high-density crystals to fuel the needs and devices, be electric or ethera.

As the researchers team finished the prototype, they all exhaled, everything went right, then walked to the next room where teleportation platforms are working; the recently built aerial platform appeared in front of them, levitation systems are working fine, and now it will send to the test area. if everything is alright, soon it will be mass produced.
Tull keeps mulling in his mind: in the past this would have been an impossible task; one of the problems is the delicate process of the engravings; every step needs to be safe; every step they need to check twice; everything is fine, not mentioning the cores availability, but technologies are advancing; they now have a way that reduces the cores need.

The High Council Building, as the preparations for the upcoming Tysnaedra mission, the Council of the Deep formed by Dvergars Grand Masters is signing documents in a room with Alex and his assistants.
They now formally could take the town they used to have more than a thousand years ago, and even if they could go and search the others that live on this planet, somewhere.
They like to have a city here in this new Summer Field; the mentioned town is deep, nearing thousand meters, and the location is very special: earth, fire and water ley line veins are close, as any realtor likes to sing: location!, location!, and location!.
The town, was problematic because the same that made it so attractive, the different overflowing energies create dungeons or at bare minimum monsters; now they will coordinate with Summer Field Military Forces to tame those rich places.
