"What the hell?! Frank? Where did this guy come from?" Goofy's already desperate mood sank further as he saw Frank plunge into the crowd. Knowing his shameless uncle's temperament, Goofy anticipated a grand show-off.
Frank, having just returned from the bar and properly disposed of half the bottle of rum, transformed into a handsome middle-aged uncle. He saluted the Asian journalists gracefully and introduced himself, "You guys, well, I'm Goofy's uncle, Frank."
"What?" Several reporters were caught off guard, never expecting Goofy's uncle to be a pure white man.
"You are Goofy's uncle? So Goofy is not Chinese?" a young and beautiful reporter asked curiously.
"Goofy's father is Chinese, his mother is white, and he is half Chinese." Frank said with a smile, "But his father's genes are so strong."
"I see…" The reporters suddenly realized, and excitement filled the air again. If Goofy was only Asian, his actions would be seen as defending the interests of his compatriots. However, being a second-generation Asian with half-white blood added a deeper meaning to his behavior.
A reporter immediately directed a question to Frank: "Excuse me, Mr. Frank, what do you think of Goofy's behavior?"
Frank, having heard about Goofy's actions at the bar, coughed and spoke seriously, "I am proud of Goofy's behavior; he not only defended the dignity of the weak but also resisted discrimination. He has made outstanding contributions, living up to my expectations and adhering to all the warnings I gave him. This child grew up with me, and I taught him everything."
"Oh?" The reporter caught Frank's point and asked, "So Goofy's behavior today is inextricably related to your education?"
Frank wore a gratified smile, nodded, and said, "That's right, I have taught him to protect the weak and be brave since he was young. I also taught him to be tolerant, and open-minded, and not to harbor narrow-minded discrimination. I have never discriminated against any skin color or ethnicity, cultivating a man who dares to resist discriminators and fights for social progress and fairness!"

The impassioned words elicited applause, and reporters cast admiring glances at Frank.
Goofy, hiding in the apartment, felt like kneeling for Frank—this guy was a master at acting. Despite coming to support himself with a free apartment, Frank managed to deceive security, broke two fingers intentionally, and brought different women to the apartment every month. Goofy had no idea which school in Dalian he attended since childhood. Such an unreliable person was suddenly portrayed as a single dad with a strong sense of responsibility.
Thanks to Frank stealing his limelight, the reporter's attention shifted. Goofy quickly changed into a hoodie, donned a hood and sunglasses, and slipped out before the reporters could catch up.
As he walked to the apartment door, Frank was passionately expressing his views on the social status of Asian people in New York, and reporters were frantically snapping pictures of him. Tomorrow's headlines seemed destined to feature this guy.
"Come on, Frank, help me attract more firepower," Goofy muttered, then hurriedly made his way along the sidewalk.

At dusk, outside an event center in Queens, Cheng Jessie, having finished her dance training, crossed the busy road toward the subway station.
Suddenly, a hooded man approached quickly from a distance. Cheng Jessie, frightened, hugged her bag and instinctively hid in the crowd.
"What are you hiding for? It's me." Goofy's voice came from under the hood, and the two had plans for a night out.
"Hey, it turned out to be the light of the Asians!" Cheng Jessie sighed in relief. "I thought it was a criminal."
"What Light, are you teasing me too?" Goofy complained, "Old Taylor killed himself; I got all dressed up for nothing."
"But it's really scary. I heard that old Taylor had a gun pointed at you. If Officer Hank hadn't arrived in time, you could have been killed!" Cheng Jessie expressed her lingering fear, "You're too reckless; how can you confront such dangerous people head-on?"
"He found my doorstep; where else can I hide?" Goofy shrugged, "I had to be tough."
"Come to my place and hide. Aunt Wang will take good care of you." Cheng Jessie patted his arm lightly and said, "You've worked hard for it."
"Forget it, going to Auntie Wang's will end up with us having a blind date again." Goofy teased with a smile.
"What? You don't suffer!" Cheng Jessie rolled her eyes. "Aren't you happy?"
"It's not a loss, but I didn't take advantage of it." Goofy smiled.
"Bah! What else do you want to take advantage of?" Cheng Jessie blushed.
