A lot of things influence our childhoods, but the thing I think influences us the most are stories. We look up to the various heroes in the stories and think, "Maybe I could be like them one day..." but there is also the one thing that impacts and changes those ideals to darkness and hate, Greed.
-Dead Dark, Self-proclaimed Philosopher
After organizing the notes to teach the little daughter of the estate, you can't help but think about a subject that you want the little one to hear. You want to teach her about the dark side of humans, so you are going to propose to the butler about this little thing that will affect her future.
Reaching the garden where the tea party is going to begin, you wave and give your greetings passing a note to the butler in tandem.
The butler smiles at this bit of secrecy, and when the butler reads the note you can see his expression hardening as though thinking about the demerits of the situation. After awhile he nods, and you finally look closer at the mistress and see she has brought a plushie and her face is frowning as if displeased that you weren't listening to her.
"I said! This. Is. Mori. Greet. Her."(Little Mistress)
Giving a quick bow to the plushie, noting that it was a white bunny, wearing a noble's dress.
Flattering it with silken words, the little mistress lets her expression relax a bit whilst looking towards the butler imploringly.
"Do you have a story for me today?"(Little Mistress)
"Let's see, I think you need to know this story on the darker side of humanity today... this is a story of a country only I know of in this world, I suppose. It's a country so far away that even the deities listening in may have to look for it."
There was once a Utopia, a place where everyone was not hungry, not sick, nor having any problems. The only problem was that there was more, more than anyone needed. They tried to give to the world around, having to jump through multiple hoops to try and remain neutral to the world, but the world wanted otherwise.
The Utopia was built on an artificial land that drifts through the seas freely, calmly, and stealthly to remain hidden. Only, the residents got bored and started to dream of something different, but the owners of this Utopia knew, they knew if they let these residents free, their freedom from the worldly ways would cease.
So, they invented games and published books so that the residents would stay in their own imagination rather than seeking outside. It worked, for awhile at least before the smarter ones started to bet food on winners of games.

The winners of the bets got more food while the losers lost food. The losers, kept on losing food and they looked towards the winners for help, but the winners were smart and they started to delegate the losers forming social classes within this Utopia. This started factions and they grew, larger than any of them could have realized.
The Owners of this Utopia realized what happened and could do nothing about it, all of the excess food was already given away to those who needed it most. They warned the newly formed factions about this, but the factions' heads were drunk on telling others what to do, told the Owners to 'Stop bothering us, you don't care about us anyways.'
Breaking the Owners last reasons to continue, they told them 'Fine, but when you realize what you have done, we will have already pulled our support.' They went back to their home and let the factions form, and let them start anything they wanted. The Owners, continuing to try and help the world just delegated to political debates and the releasing of information that could help others.
The Factions were overjoyed and they started to tweak the rules to their own benefits. Ultimately, splitting this once Utopia into a type of kingdom system. Where the head of the Faction was at the top and tiered downwards through winning and losing games.
The poor losers, were starting to get cornered for all their food was disapearing so they sought for help. They found help, but it was what the Owners feared the most... they found the outside world.
Lured by the sweet promises of the ones outside, the losers fell prey to their greed and started working for them telling them all about their own factions and anything they can get their hands on. They also started recommending others, to join the place that gave them food and luxuries.
Continuing steadily, the winners started to get suspicious of the losers and they noticed the outside help and wanted more to keep ahead of the others, so they started a suppression of the losers and looked for sweet promises to rely upon. Creating a Distopia for this once prosperous land.
Darkness swelled and people not having any support started to weaken greatly crying out for help from the Owners. They were of course helped, yet it felt colder than usual. As more of the reality of the world seeped into their once sea-driven barriers.
The Owners were saddened of course, watching as the very thing they wanted gone from the world sprouted inside because they let their games be used for the wrong purpose. Yet, there were advances in better directions because these oppressed people got motivated to be more efficient.
"The only silver-lining to this story would be, that people strive to do better in times of strife. I tell you to be carefful little Aly, as greed can start anywhere, but it is ultimately caused by the smart and clever idiots who don't know anything. Be careful of them and you can feed them information that is beneficial to you."(Butler)
Nodding quietly while holding tighly her bunny you can see a type of resolve in her eyes. But, this wasn't what you were trying to get at in her education of the darker side of humanity, staring at the butler suspiciously he shrugged his shoulders.
Something was suspicious here, but you want to help this little mistress the best you can. However what can you do, you can't speak openly and this butler seems to know something that will affect everything around him. Patting the little one's plushie, then her head you walk away.
You hear the butler soothe the little mistress in the background reassuring her that she can do anything she wanted, all that was needed was to try it with all her heart.
Reafirming that in your heart, you leave the garden.
