Wanted to run a quick poll and see where my readers stand on Ai Art for the series. (I don't really plan to go stubbed, maybe get a real cover art to make up for all the Ai eventually). Of course I understand the issue of well, its not really a person making it and its generated through the amalgamation of billions of photos organized in a way that a 'prompt' had laid out to it.

To be honest, it makes no difference to me one way or the other. But I do tilt in the direction of the amazing art to add depth to the novel itself. But it not being there does not really change much to be honest from my perspective. The only thing I can find off is getting the same style of art to sit with the story and characters. I'm sure I can figure it out after some dabbling with MidJourney.

Maybe use an image as base for each story detailing style and then fill in the prompt. Or create extremely detailed prompts that create that same energy consistently.

It's the readers perspective that changes heavily and is given a morsel of what the world I am attempting to build may look like (including characters). Then again, your mental images filling in the blank would be a more effective source of creativity when I detail with words. Every person would imagine a great new design that fits seamlessly (I hope lol).
