Let's start off with the art art - or, at least, as close to art as I can physically get. I'm not much of an artist, but one day a bout of inescapable hyperfixation compelled me to push my Microsoft Paint abilities to their absolute limit. I hope you don't hate it.

This next one was made before the previous - consider it a 'concept art' thingey rather than a full-fledged artwork, and therefore excuse the blatant copy-pasting and the nonsensical facial expressions.

Next, a map! A map of the Continent! Who doesn't love maps?

And here's the Expanded Edition™:

Next up, something even better than maps - flags!
Respectively: Larnach, Iontach, Fostai, Thuaid, and Cogadh.

A case of theft: this story is not rightfully on Amazon; if you spot it, report the violation.

The last piece of visual material I have to offer: the system of ranks for the Larnachian military. Yes, there's probably more, but I have elected to ignore their existence for the sake of my sanity and instead rely on this aesthetically pleasing simplification.

Oh, wait, there's also this - the book's cover, graciously provided by Fern. You can already see it on the front page of the bloody thing, but it had to be slightly squished to fit properly. This is the pristine original.

Now it's time to scrape the bottom of the barrel. Here are some notes I took regarding the equipment used by Larnachian soldiers against Sparkwielders:
----------------------------------------
Stinger:
- light pneumatic exoskeleton
- anti-materiel rifle
- hydrogen peroxide-propelled rocketpack
-- the bare minimum required to face off against Sparkwielders in ground combat
-- relatively low damage output, cannot reliably pierce Flames and above
-- high mobility, often acts as support for heavier units
Lancer/Pulser:
- heavy hydraulic exoskeleton with backpack power source
- "Lance" handheld railgun OR "Pulser" portable disruption field generator
- "dizzydrive" dash module (merged into backpack)
-- the main force of modern anti-Sparkwielder combat
-- Lance: high damage output, can pierce Flames and put pressure on Pyres
-- Pulser: acts as a support unit, firing disruption pulses to make foes vulnerable or establishing sustained suppresion fields
-- medium mobility, dizzydrive provides the ability to dodge but is limited
Siegebreaker:
- hydraulic mechsuit
- "Siegebreaker" heavy railgun AND "Pulser MK2" heavy disruption field generator
- rocketboots
- experimental shield generator
-- absolute cutting edge of military tech, highly experimental
-- Siegebreaker can pierce Pyres and maybe slightly harm Wildfires
-- Pulser MK2 can incapacitate Embers, severely disrupt Flames, weaken Pyres, and vaguely poke at Wildfires
-- low-medium mobility, rocketboots not effective for dodging
-- shield generator not fully reliable but can mitigate significant amounts of damage
----------------------------------------
And that's more or less it. I could wax poetic here for as long as I want (nobody can stop me, after all), but I'll keep things nice and curt. I hope you liked the story, I hope you liked all the rubbish above, and I hope you'll be there whenever I bother to write something new. Maybe a sequel.
Or maybe I fix all the plot holes-- ahahaha don't count on it
