A long ago in a galaxy far away sits a small band of Mandalorian Troopers, that have been exiled off Mandalor. The small band begins to form up with others that have decided to join their cause. Will the Mandalorian group be strong enough to return home or will they have their eyes on a different prize.
The Mandalorian transport has landed, new recruits begin to flood out. “welcome to your new home recruits, here is where you will eat, train, and sleep by your brothers and sisters. We will bring back the true Mandalorian way, any who oppose us will suffer the same wrath. We will bring the Mandalor ways back from the darkness and into the light.” Said Teel Reytal.
After the new batch of recruits set their stuff down they get some time to unpack their belongings and to settle in for tonight they will have a feast. A young Mandalorian, named Fenn Sunrider, begins to record a journal for his younger sister, Nova Sunrider to know that he is alive after being forced to leave his home due to his rebellious talk. “Nova, I’m calling you know that I have joined a Mandalor cell, to bring back the Mandalorian power like it was during the old republic. I’m safe and I hope to see you soon, but I fear that it won’t be as quick as I wish but I promise I will be back.” I said ending the transmission.
Right as Fenn sits down and starts to get comfortable he and some of the new recruits are told to get ready for training. Fenn and his bunk buddies rush over with their gear that had been left on the bed. “Cadets for the first training exercise you will be going to separate stations using the gear you have been given and will have to run through the exercises given to you when you arrive at each station.” Said Reytal.
I will be first for blaster training. “Cadet Fenn you are to hit all the targets with these Mandalorian blasters, remember you will have a short amount of time before you lose so make the blasters respond to the way you move.” Said the trainer.
I step up and begins the simulation. I begin to fire and realizes the true power these blasters really have, after missing a couple he begins to focus and hits the remaining targets with lightning fast accuracy. “Cadet Finn you have great aim, you will be a fearful opponent.” Said Reytal.
“Thank you Ma’am I want to show what the true Mandalor is really about and to make my family proud.” I said.
I begin to move to the jetpack area. After Fenn steps up and sees that a lot of new Recruits have crashed. I ask the trooper standing next to me. “Was this hard on your first try?” I asked.
“Yes, but I asked for another shot and then another until I had gotten the hang of it, I saw you with a blaster, you have an amazing aim, did you ever shoot a blaster before?” Asked Adali Atar.
I look at the female Mandalorian trooper and see what looks like a wolf symbol on her shoulder, I ask her “what does the wolf mean?”
“It is a Targ, the Targs where used for herding animals when Mandalor still had fields and was livable. But since the great war the Targ has became part of the past and has been forgotten.” Adali replies.
“Fenn your next, you can do this just remember what I told you to do.” Adali.
I step to the platform and look to see Adali standing looking at me with wide eyes. I say to myself “I have this, I need to impress Adali, Do it for the girl.” I turn on the jetpack and begin to hover over the platform and fly around it and begin to start the simulation. Then I see targets, I get my blaster out and begin to fire at the targets while flying around and then I was told “Fenn hit the next group of targets with a rocket.” Said Reytal.

I see the next group of targets and aim the missile and fires it right towards the group and see that it had only taken out four of the eight. The targets then begin to fire back at me “What is happening, how are they firing at me.” I ask myself. I see over towards Reytal and she has made it way more difficult.
“Cadet Fenn you need to kill these remaining targets to pass the course, we have upped the difficulty to match what could happen in the real world just without getting stunned.” Said Reytal.
I hear Adali connect on my helmet, “Fenn you need to use your smoke bombs and then fly in with your blasters and finish them off, you are really close to getting done with this simulation.” Said Adali.
I grab several smoke bombs from my belt, I press the button that arms the smoke detonator. I toss the smoke bomb and I make a quick turn to start my attack run. I fire several bolts at the remaining targets and end up finishing them off. I head back to the platform to finish the simulation and see my score.
“Fenn you did great, I see that you will be a good cadet and I will be putting in a word to have you transferred into my squad. I will let you meet the squad before you can get in but be careful they love new blood.” Said Adali. We begin to walk over to the squad’s tent and see that they have a heavy trooper.
“Squad leader, who and what is this new blood doing in our tent?” Asked Tac.
“Everyone this is Fenn he has the highest score in the new batch of recruits and I have put in a word to have him squad up with us. You all will help him fit right in, none of this new blood harassment or I will have your head on my desk.” Said Adali.
“Well welcome Fenn, we are glad to have you be our next replacement, since our other member has betrayed the cell.” Said Tac.
I hear that the recruits are heading to bed to be up bright and early. “Adali I have to head back to my room, so I’ll talk with you later.”
“Here let me walk you back. I know that the squad is very quiet and skeptical, but I had made the same call with the last one and he ended up betraying us thus making us move to another moon for safety for the government that wants us dead.” Said Adali.
We begin to walk over to the barracks and we cross paths with Reytal. “Hello Ma’am.” I say. “Fenn you did amazing today, I see that you have meet Adali, she is a very strong leader, sadly though she and her squad will be leaving for a new assignment that will be very dangerous.” Said Reytal.
“Ma’am I was going to see if I can request that we take Fenn with us to fill in the spot that has yet to be filled with a trooper like him.” Said Adali.
“I guess we could see what we could do, Fenn would you like to go with them?” Asked Reytal.
“Yes, Ma’am I’m willing to go and help with this assignment, but I only have beginner gear.” I said.
“Don’t worry about the armor we will get you brand new armor and helmet by the time you leave, your gear can be customized to your liking. Fenn, Adali head over to the armory and grab what you guys need and get the rest of the squad ready.” Said Reytal
“Ma’am what is our assignment?” I asked.
“You are to take control of a small republic cruiser that has been left a drift in space with all hands lost, if you guys do get caught then set the ship to blow up but wait until the republic has secured the ship in the lower hanger bay. This ship will be disabled, once you disable it then you will be putting a beacon out and also, we need you guys to cut off all communications going out, but we need you to receive incoming communications to warn the boarding crew of the incoming assault. Then once we have looted the ship with prisoners and supplies move to your next assignment, you will not be returning to the base just yet.” Said Reytal.
“Reytal this seems a little much to be attacking the republic, I don’t think we have the people to be able to pull this off, are we getting support from another factor?” I ask.
“Sadly, the group as a whole has been handed over to the CIS and it has been Count Dooku that has forced our hand in this plus the Jedi are our mortal enemies and shall fear us once again.” Reytal said.
“We are up to the task and shall head out right away before the republic arrive.” Adali said.
