A human girl and a masked man appeared before him. At his feet was the human girl, begging for mercy. A sword was right above her neck, waiting for the lethal blow.
Girl: Don’t do it, you know it’s wrong.
Man: Kill her KILL her!
Girl: No stop, don’t listen to him Shin, you mustn’t succumb to the dark side, remember all the time we spent together.
Man: Her words are for the weak of heart, are you a weakling Shin. You remember what happened last time, don’t you.
Shin: Stop, Stop, Stooooop!!!!
Shin’s eyes shook open. He gasped for air. Sweat covered his body, his blanket was soaked. This was the third time this week that he had that dream of a girl and those two strangers. He was confused. He had never met a lady like that in his life. She was far to beautiful to stay in the Under City. He decided that it was just a dream and certainly wasn’t worth worrying over.
He checked his alarm clock, and realized that it was off.
Shin: “The power must have gone out”
He checked his computer. It read 7:15. He hurriedly put his computer away and began to run out the door.
Shin: “Shit, I’m already late for work.”
He ran off as quickly heading towards his workplace. Waiting for him was his grumpy boss Mr. Morris.
Mr. Morris: Hey punk why the hell didn’t you show up on time.
Shin: Sorry I’m late sir, I got delayed by the traffic.
Mr. Morris: What traffic you filthy runt, stop lying to me. I’m docking your pay by five credits for your tardiness. If this happens again I will dock it another 5.
Shin: “Asshole”
Shin spent the next ten minutes tidying up and preparing for the store to open. He was well acquainted with most customers, after all most arrivals were regulars at this library. Their were very few educated fellows in the Lower City so libraries were occupied by small portion of the population. It just so happened that educated also happened to be the wealthiest, which can be considered the sole reason for the libraries success. Education was reserved for Upper City members. Of course their were schools in the Lower City at first, but after a shockingly low attendance rate and large scale vandalism of school property they quickly shut down.
Just as he finished organizing the store, a doorbell ringed. The door only ringed when the front door was opened. Most regulars had keys to the backdoor for quicker access to the library. This must be a newcomer. He turned attentively towards the cause of the ring, he only saw a small man covered in a brown cloak.
He turned to the owner. This is an official investigation by the Jedi Order, in regards to a corruption scandal at this library. You are being charged for tax evasion, child abuse and thievery, sabotage. We have 21 witnesses claiming to have discovered public records in this establishment, which according to C-41, is illegal. We have after searching through security pictures found that you have funded gangs that sabotage rivals. We have been notified that you hid 100 000 credits of profit last year from the government and we have conclusive evidence that you have a staff member below the legal working age of 18 and pay him only a fraction of the required minimum wage. For all these crimes the council has sentenced you to 15 years in prison, and has gained to right to seize all assets in your possession.

Mr. Morris face twisted into one of rage. He pressed a button near his desk and instantly 12 gangly men appeared from the door behind him, all armed with vibro blades.
Mr. Morris: And pray tell me. What can a single unarmed man do against 12 armed ones.
Mysterious Man: I’ll tell you. But first let me warn you, my name is John Havlek. I’m a Jedi Knight.
Shin noticed that Mr. Morris and his companions faces all visibly paled. He was shocked
Shin: “How can the word jedi spread such fear in the heart of these men.”
Mr. Morris: Regardless… You are still outnumbered. Men, GET HIM!!!
His men charged at the Jedi at full speed. The Jedi was prepared. He launched himself into the air and in one smooth motion drew his lightsaber and cut the legs of the man in the front. He then performed a summersault while force pushing two men into the side of the wall. In one quick move he had eliminated 3 men. The remaining 9 were extremely wary.
Although they were confident in their victory, they didn’t want to go first and feel the brunt of the Jedi’s mastery. Finally after a minute of wait one of them summed up the courage to lead the charge, as soon as he did he was force pushed into the wall. He passed out. The remaining 8 continued the charge. The jedi grabbed one and threw him at another knocking out two in a single blow then using his lightsaber spun cutting of the feet of four more. Only two more remained.
Realizing the hopelessness of their cause the two sprinted four the door. Their fate, two blaster shots into their spine. The Jedi turned and saw Mr. Morris with a smoking blaster in his hand.
Mr. Morris: Those two bastards tried to escape. Well anyway, it was nice meeting you. I have to leave now. I trust that you won’t try to stop me. After all I have a poor seventeen year old boy at gunpoint. You know the one I was abusing.
John Havlek: If you kill the boy you will face a punishment worse than death.
Mr. Morris: I dare you to try to save him.
Shin: Help me!! Save me!!
Thump. Shin was knocked in the head by the back of Mr. Morris’s pistol. He fell unconscious.
Mr. Morris: Annoying brat, doesn’t know when to shut up.
As he was walking out the door, a force grabbed his pistol from his hand, and then smacked his head into the wall.
Mysterious Woman: See master I can be useful.
John Havlek: Thanks Tiara I guess master was righting forcing me to bring you along.
Tiara slung an unconscious Shin over her back and after handcuffing Mr. Morris and calling for authorities to secure him, left the scene. Dawn arrived causing pink light to spread across the sky leaving a beautiful sight to behold for the two jedi who made their way to the Upper City, and to the Jedi Temple.
