Chapter 1- Seed

More than 400 years ago humankind waged war against a genetically advanced species called Azeri. During the Great War, many had come to lose their lives be it soldiers bound by duty are civilians caught in-between. however, one thing was for certain every one of them had their very on reasons for joining the war. They all had their own beliefs for Choosing aside be it humankind or the Azeri the choices they made were their choices and their's alone.

 Humankind believed that their solar system belonged to them; what they did where they went and how they got there was their business and their business and there's alone not something for aliens to decide. 

 Humankind went amongst the stars in search for a better tomorrow where they discovered the Portal Array. Believing it to be a gateway into the future. just like their belief that Mars was their gateway into the heavens.

Humanity had a belief that the red planet was their step into the great unknown this belief was planted into their hearts ever since the red planet was discovered by the Dutch Astronomer Christian Huygens in 1659. They believed it to be their destiny to set foot onto the red planet and they also knew that their future laid not on Earth but in the cosmos.

It was Astronomer Lu Feng of China that once said: (If we can step a foot on Mars then we can step onto other planets, eventually no star will be out of reach.)

In the year of 2034 humanity after dozens of failures had finally set foot on to Mars, it was a joyous occasion where all of humanity cheered there at the success of the mission finally humankind had become an interstellar species ensuring its species survival against any extinction event.

The year was 2048 the first orbital Ladder was completed. humanity now had an easier way of transporting materials from Earth into space thus many years later President Lisa Hoffman of the United Commonwealth Alliance (U.C.A) put forth a motion before the United Nations a project called (Exodus). An ambitious project to build twenty-four colonies less than 40 years.This announcement left all the nations of the world speechless. The U.C.A Nation quickly capitalized casting their vote in favor of the project believing it would not only benefit humanity but also their pockets after all the colonies would be built by them so how could they not take advantage after all the colonies were being built in their territory. 

 It was there amongst them that not every nation agreed with the notion. there was another faction called (W.U.A.) the Western United Alliance their alliance nations just couldn't accept that all the colonies would be built by the U.N.A. they themselves wanted half the colonies to be built by their side. they wouldn't just let the old men from the U>C>A. reap all the benefits of building the colonies especially the colonies that were nearest to the mining Asteroids.

It was then that the U.C.A and the W.U.A. Nations began to argue. The many Nations of both sides wouldn’t back down where it was then at that moment President Lisa and Prime Minister Vojislav eyes met, the president smiled while the prime minister glared.

  They both knew that either one side or the other had to be conquered or the Earth would forever be split. At that, moment one reporter heard a young soldier say. “Old men declare war, but it is the youth that must fight and die.”

The year was 2075, as World War 3 was raging on Earth and in space scientist on Mars discovered a U.F.O buried some 8000 to 10,000 meters beneath Mars surface. This discovery answered that long question on every human's mind. Was humankind alone in the Universe; And it had been answered, they were not. But still, even in the momentous occasion, this discovery in itself brought the war to Mars. Both sides wanted that vessel. and neither side was willing to give it to the other.

One year later in the year 2076, scientists Karou Akiyama from Japan and Eric Harper from the United States discovered remains of an alien entity that resembled a human sleeping in Cryostasis on Saturns moon, Titan. Opening the pod the two watched as the human looking Alien opened its eyes; it gave them a warm loving smile as though it were looking at its own children. but then not even seconds later it died.

Karou Akiyama quickly took a sample of the being's blood and closed the pod where she and Eric glanced at one another and nodded quickly returning to their Exploration ship. where they Quickly returned to earth. Karou went to the U.C.A while David went to the W.U.A.

Both of them begged and pleaded with the leaders on both sides. “humanity shouldn’t fight amongst ourselves look we have an enemy amongst the stars.” both leaders looked down startled by what they see. This was the alien's corpse.

They lied. They lied to the whole world. But even still in due time, it worked humanity ceased it wars on both earth and Mars and In the following years, both sides got rid of their borders bringing all of Mankind together as a united people of the United Earth Alliance. (U.E.A)

In less than 30 years all war had ceased and humanity entered a time of peace and stability building for themselves 30 colonies in 27 years.

Time passed and now on his deathbed surrounded by many friends and family Scientist Eric Harper spoke with his final words saying: “I did what I said for Mankind, and even now I wish upon the stars, that this peace is everlasting.”

the Year was 2158 Archaeologist Anna Perez was excavating the volcano Olympus Mons on Mars. Archaeologist Anna Perez had just graduated from university on the Colony 753-8 (Osca), the first in her field Anna has spent three months excavating the dead volcano mines. Just as she was considering giving up and returning to her lab the land beneath Anna’s feet collapses. That was where the Archaeologist Anna Perez discovered the Archeon data cache.

Anna had discovered a buried ancient Archeon outpost barely intact she quickly turned on her distressed beacon calling for assistance knowing in her heart that she had struck gold not only for herself but also the rest of her species. The following days the brightest minds on the earth gathered in Area 51, for months they struggled at un-encrypting the data stored in the outpost when suddenly hundreds of millions of Terabytes of information were released thus beginning the Technological Era.

In The following years due to Mankind coming to understand some the Archeon technology, most of the diseases that plagued mankind since its infancy had now been eradicated giving rise to the human lifespan by 200 years. Upon seeing raise in human the lifespan scientist believed that it is highly likely giving the more they unlock from the Archeon the higher the life spans will increase.

In the year of 2231 human explorers were on their way to explore planet 003-1(Vega)  received data from the Archeon. The leaders of the E.U.A believed that this was an object of great importance and it was located somewhere on Vega.

Dispatched by the Council, the most senior scientists went to Vega to verify this object, And their surprise what they stumbled upon was the Portal Array rotating clockwise just outside of the planets gravitational pull. The Array was ten times the size of Earth Even overshadowing Vega itself. The scientist smiled the thing was abandoned and now it was theirs now it was humankind.

It took humankind two centuries to open the space bridge, where cautiously they sent in a fleet of destroyers and exploration ships. Entering hyperspace the beautiful rainbow colors left every ship captain every explorer speechless. With all the technology they received from the Archeon the Portal Array was the most treasured.

Some thirty minutes afterwards all the ships exit from hyperspace only to find themselves surrounded by unknown vessels. it was then that one captain on one of the destroyers panic’s foolishly he gives the order for his ship to fire their photon Cannon.

Fool-heartedly this lead to the utter annihilation of their fleet all while this was being played not only at the U.N but all of humankind tuned in to hear the message but what they heard was only screaming and panic and lastly the word “Enemy.”

This was where the council went back looking the historical documents for answers. Where finally they stumbled upon history concerning two scientists. The scientists stated that there was an enemy out there amongst the stars. This shook many to the core they believed that they have finally encountered this enemy.

The seed that was planted had finally sprouted. Giving rise to the calamity war, and at the center of all this was a boy first of his kind. The first human New-Type; Natsume, Akira.
