First they seperated each other to several nations and countries but this seperation made them hate each other because of the different laws in different location, so criminals can escape justice.

So they had to get rid of this world system and replace it with something new,where no criminal can escape justice and everyone can really be equal to each other ones under the law.

From that idea, came the union. They started making continental unions until after years, they managed to make a whole world union.

This union officially made human a civilization Type 1 because the unity helped humans make good advance in science. they managed to control all energy available in earth. And after some hundred of years they became civilization Type 2. They can use the energy collected from the Sun.
