I think overdoing announcement posts on another story like this shouldn't be overused, but in this case it is appropriate because the stories take place in the same larger universe.

You could be reading stolen content. Head to the original site for the genuine story.

I think the most relevant thing to mention would be that I was heavily inspired by Frieren before writing Reincarnator. The story is nothing like Frieren except for perhaps and overall vibe I was going for. I'm not sure if I succeeded, and I wasn't really trying to /match/ Frieren per se, so it'll be hard to nail down.

More than anything, I am intrigued by a new genre of fantasy, "Exploration Fantasy," that is neither epic nor cozy, but maybe something in the middle.
