Hey all,

Sorry to say that I will be stepping back from this story for a bit. There is a crapton of rewriting that is required, including a good amount of new content that I really have to write from scratch at this point, and I just don't have to time to commit. Why, you ask?

Well, for two reasons:

1. I need to put all my focus on Invasion 3 and Jade Phoenix 3. Those books are my primary income source and I need to pay my bills.

2. Soul Warrior, despite it probably being my favorite IP, is not going to be published for quite a while. As in years.

There is just too much cognitive dissonance between it and the current news cycle in regards to the failed Russian invasion of Ukraine. Despite the fact that SW is one thousand years in the future, readers have struggled with it, which is entirely fair. Thus, no book until that dissonance can be resolved.

So what do we do now?

Well, as I said, I will be focusing on both JP and Inv 3. I do have a 4th IP that is on the backburner which I am excited about, but I'll only be spending time on that when I need a break or if inspiration strikes. Soul Warrior, as much as I LOVE this story, just does not have the revenue potential the others do, sadly.

That said, I am going to start up a Patreon after I get a bunch of backlogged content built up. So there's that to look forward to I guess. I will have content from all of my books and should be a good way to get feedback as well.

I'm sorry if this is upsetting. Frankly, I'm pretty displeased myself, but I got bills to pay, as they say.

I tell you this a lot, but I really really mean it. Thank you all for taking the time to read my stories. It is flattering that you care enough to give my stuff a try. And I'm especially thankful for the feedback; I can't publish quality content without it.

So thank you and I'm sorry. I will keep everyone updated on the status of the various books. Promise.
