“Ehmm... So that’s what happened. That’s why last night, Vinna was acting really weird.”

“Boy, I don’t know what are you talking about but please let me inspect your artifact.”

Since I have promised the old woman, I let her have a touch. Maybe she could help me uncover the mystery of this artifact. Once she got the artifact, she traced it with some kind of magic and she seems to be concentrating fully on understanding the artifact.

After a few minutes, she still isn’t finished inspecting the artifact. Because I was bored, I started to talk to Lilia which had been reading her book since earlier.

“Ehmm, Miss Lilia do you know about teacher who specialized on soul art? I’m still searching for teacher and I want someone majoring on soul art. Even though I have walked to a lot of stands, I didn’t seems to find anyone who is offering to teach the soul art.”

Lilia was still reading her book and ignoring me. She showed no sign of wanting to explain anything to me. Since maybe he couldn’t hear me, I called her once again but this time near to her right ear.

“MISS LILIA.”

After I called her, she was shocked a little and glanced at me while showing a flat expression. I couldn’t tell that she is a cold person or just someone who don’t show her emotions.

“Sorry, who are you?”

I was startled from her reply, because her grandmother and me have been talking in front of her since before so it’s really impossible not to know who I am. It seems that she was totally engrossed on her reading that she didn’t aware of the surrounding. What a dangerous characteristic, I could imagine bad things happen if she is attacked by bad people and there is no one there for her.

While I was imagining things and forgot to replied the girl, the old woman answered instead of me. It seems that the old woman had finished inspecting the artifact. She somehow had a tired expression but at the same time also showing a happy expression.

“Lili, he is a new student, Azhur Diascald. He will be your junior.”

“So he is grandma new disciple, I will try to remember him.”

While I was shocked by the old woman word, Lilia went back to read her book. The old woman gave the artifact to me and started giving me explanation.

Suddenly a green light covered the old woman and the next moment a beautiful lady appeared in front of me. Her face is almost like Lilia however, her face shape shows more of a gorgeous young lady. After finished packing, the old woman and her granddaughter closed the stand. They said goodbye to me and left the hall. It was a necklace, the one that given to Vinna, Teasha, and I by grandpa. Mine, is white color, Vinna is red color, and Teasha is yellow color. The one on the stand is silver color and the price was not that expensive which is 80 silver. it was still within the money I have saved. I decided to buy the necklace and tried to ask for discount. Through a quite heated battle, I finally able to buy the necklace only with 50 silver.

After looking around once more, I decided to contact with Vinna and Teasha. When we are far away with each other, we usually contact with [Telepathy] art. At first, I was the only one who could use it since it's quite a hard soul art to learn. However since a few months ago Teasha started to comprehend how to use it too, so we can easily contact with each other. As for Vinna, she still can only send some kind of noises when she use [Telepathy] art.

We gather at the previous rest area. When both Vinna and Teasha arrived, they were showing a dejected face. It seems that they were not satisfied with something.

"What happen Vi, Tea? Did the headmaster reject Vinna since her behaviour is to wild?"

I got a dorm west to the school and quite far away. I asked for a map so I can search it later after school tommorow.

For this dormitory, I need to pay 180 silver for 1 year period. It was cheaper than I though and so I asked about what facilities provided. However it seems that the receptionist didn't really know it either which made me doubt the condition of dormitory. I decided to check it later tommorow after school.

As for Vinna and Teasha, it seems that they were given some kind of identity card for the place they will be staying at. I wonder why I didn't get it and asked, but the receiptionist only answered that it's only for special students. However I still doubted it because if I Iooked around everyone also got the identity card. Since I didn't really want to ponder about this, I decided to let it go for now. After we finished, we decided to go sightseeing in the town.

--- Sundria City – Sunny Sunny Inn ---

We went back to the inn quite late but both Vinna and Teasha seems satisfied. It seems the inn have a lot of vacant place now, a lot of students who failed and his families have gone back to their territory. The clerk was asking ask if we wanted seperated room since it's already vacant but Vinna and Teasha rejected it right away. After we ate dinner and cleaned ourselves, we decided to rest earlier. It's because we need to go to the school early even though the schedule is only the opening ceremony for the new term.  

When Vinna and Teasha went out from the bathroom, they wore the nightdress that they bought at the shopping center of Sundria. They were really beautiful that I had the urge to jump to them.

We arrived at school at 7.30 a.m. and the school start at 8.00 a.m. so we had time to search for our own classroom. I started to search for my classroom after sending Vinna and Teasha to class S classroom which unexpectedly has its own dedicated building. I had to go around the school and finally found my own classroom. There are 4 Building for the new first year students classroom. 1 building for class S, another one for class A and B, the third for class C, D, and E.

For the last one, it is for the class F, this somehow made me puzzled since it's weird that class F got its own building. But I didn't ponder for it to long, it might be that class F will only get an old building since each class has different treatment which is the class S has the best facilities.

At first, I couldn't find my classroom and when I asked the guards or janitors that were passing by, I got a cold look. They seemed to belittle me but they were still showing the way so I just pretended not to realize it. I walked to a desolate place which somehow is the location of the class F classroom. It was only an old small hut and when I first saw it, I could only sigh for the bad treatment for the class F. I decided at that moment that I will surely reach the top of Sun Hevine Magic School and show them that the examination was only a starting point.

I entered the hut to only found 1 classroom or to be exact can only accomodate 1 classroom. When I went in, I found that there were only 10 people in the room. I felt that this was really weird, I have passed the class S place and on the building there are 2 classroom which each classroom allocated for 10 students. From what I heard, the division are 5% class S, 10% class A, 10% class B, 15% class C, 20% class D, 20 % class E, and 20% class F. However in front of me, there was undoubtly only 15 seats and which mean even if the seats is full it's only 15 people for Class F. When I ponder over this, the person next to me called my name. I changed my view to the person and found a cute blonde girl, she is Florin Golvein.

"Hey Azh, it seems we met again."

"Rin?! Why are you here? Isn't your examination result was quite good? Although your physical strength not quite good but I though your soul power is good enough that you will be at class A."

"Hehehe, you overestimate me, Azh. Did you already get your card? This is my status."

I was shocked since I didn't get any information about the card and also because the status of Florin which was too weird, her soul power was too high if I compared it with other status.

"I haven't got my card yet so I don't know the meaning but soul point must be you soul power capacity and soul strength must be your soul power intensity. Aren't those stat high enough? Is it because of the curse?"

"First, I need to explain to you about the basic status of normal human at the age of 15 to 25 who don't train their soul power. They usually have average health point  about 800 and average soul point about 1000. For other stat if they don't train them, it will be around 30 to 50. The reason I was assigned to the class F is as you said because of the curse on my body but the main reason is because my soul power. On normal awakening, its only need Soul Point less than 5000 and on the record of the history, if someone has went pass that and still hasn't successfully awaken his soul element then it means that he almost has 0% possibility to awaken her soul element. So that's why I'm here."

While listening to Florin explanation, I saw that her expression was not sad nor happy which made me surprised. Although her explanation also shocked me but the fact that this reason doesn't effect her has made me praised her on my mind. After all she might not be able to awaken her soull element at all.

"Uhmm..., Rin. Are you okay with that?"

"Hahahaha, are you worried about me, Azh? What a sweat boy you are. Anyway, I had learned a lot of things regarding soul power and I will continue to do so in the future. From my study, I conclude that it is possible to awaken soul element even if my soul point far above 5000. But it might have some requirement that I need to fulfill since my soul spirit said so."

"What?! You can talk to your soul..."

When I unintentionally said it out loud, Florin blocked my mouth with her hand.

"Hey don't said it loudly. I managed to do it at one of my experiment."

"So, what is the requirement that you need to fulfill?"

"It's simple but also hard. It's to eliminate the curse on my body. She said that my body is too weak to bear her power so I need to dispel the curse and train my body until I can endure her power. When she said that she suddenly got her face close to me while looking directly to my eyes. When I wanted to retord a man came in and shouted. He proceed to write his name on the blackboard while Florin and me got back to our seat. He went to face us after finished writing and gave pressure to the whole class. It seemed that he wanted to oppress us, but what seemed weird was there were few students who didn't care about the pressure like it was nothing. Florin and me were two of them, Florin could neglect it since her willpower was high and I already activated [Serene Mind] soul art which enabled me to withstand the pressure.

"My name is  Avarius Irgenta, I'm assigned as the homeroom teacher of class F. First thing that I can say to you is you all are trash!!! I will tell you the truth, you the class F students are the drop out candidates. The school will give you 4 months to let you prove yourself worthy of Sun Hevine Magic School. If in those 4 months you can't get to the class E then you will be dropped out from the school."

One of students that heard this reacted instantly.

"What the meaning of this? If you said it like that, it means there will be no class F after 4 months, but isn't there 20% new students allocation on class F?"

"HAHAHAHA, are you an idiot? Didn't you see it yourself how many people in this room? Do you realize that you are not even 5% of the new students? The actual new students allocation is  5% class S, 10% class A, 15% class B, 20% class C, 25% class D, and 25 % class E. We distributed the false information because we really do have class F but it's only for 4 months. We couldn't possibly give little percentage to the worst class and said to public that they are the candidates to drop out which in fact on each year, the students who attend class F are surely got drop out from school."

"If you said it like that why you still accepted us?"

The student once again asking the reason for the class F. It seems he really couldn't accept the explanation from the teacher.

"Well, of course we need to accept you. After all you passed the minimum requirement on the examination even though you have no potential. Sometime the one who had potential have weaker status while you all, even though meet the minimum requirement but didn't have potential worth enough for the school to care. That's all what can I said to you, I will not accept another question, gather at the hall for the opening ceremony. People who are late will be punished."

"Wait!!!"

As if he didn't hear the student, he walked out of the room. Although the class became quite gloomy after that but it seemed that not all student shocked by that. There are about 4 students who were calm and that was including Florin. I was also a little shocked although I didn't showed it on my mind since I used [Serene Mind] soul art. The other 3 are 2 boys and 1 girl, I felt the need to check on them later on. After the teacher went out, Florin walked to me and so we walked to the hall while discussing about what teacher said. Unexpectedly, Florin knew about it but she also didn't care whether she was dropped out or not. Since we arrived at the hall we stopped our talk and proceed to attend the opening ceremony.
