“Young master, did you call me.” Asked his butler after entering the room.

“James, go to the treasury and bring 5 billion Black Gold coins here” said Xiao San.

‘‘Yes, young master’’ said Butler James and left the room.

After James left the room Xiao San said “Although I can’t change the decisions about the person who they have chosen. I can still help you by convincing them to lower the price of some things that are needed to expand your army.”

“But doesn’t that also help the others” asked Princess Helen in a questioning tone.

Although above table shows the differences in pills and Artifacts. There are some Instances that some pills or Artifacts can compete with some higher rank pills or artifacts.

This happens Artifacts because of the Blacksmiths skills or the quality of the materials. This reason is also same to pills as well.

Pill quality

1. Subgrade pills/Half refine pills- (1% to 10% refine pills)

2. Low grade pills - (11% to 30% refined pills)

3. Mid-grade pills - (31% to 50% refined pills)

4. High grade pills- (51% to 80% refined pills)

5. Top grade pills – (81% to 100% refined pills)

So as the above explanation only top grade pills can rival pills of higher grade.

EX: - 1st rank Top grade pill can Rival a 2nd rank low grade pill.

Artifacts quality

1. Sub grade Artifacts/Half refine Artifacts - (1% to 10% refine Artifacts)

2. Low grade Artifacts - (11% to 30% refined Artifacts)

3. Mid-grade Artifacts - (31% to 50% refined Artifacts)

4. High grade Artifacts- (51% to 80% refined Artifacts)

In artifacts rival grades are bit different.

EX: - 1st rank High grade artifact can rival a 2nd rank low grade artifact

And 1st rank top grade artifact can rival a 2nd rank half mid-grade artifact.

This compression goes until 5th rank

Then After 5th rank

6th rank Top Grade Artifacts can only rival to 7th grade low grade artifacts.
