The Star Cloud Continent was the home to many races. Humans only control a very small percent. Still, the territory was large. It was ruled by various emperors. Nobles co- ruled it. Due to this, this made them very arrogant thinking everything belonged to them. Many people was dissatisfied. Those who rebeled was killed. Occasionally, some escaped but they was labeled as criminals and eventually caught. Maybe even the heavens was angry at them, one man successfully escaped with his family. No nobles and emperors was going to rule their life and they wasn't going to live under their thumb. Even they did, it was going to be the other way around. They became mercenaries and killers to have a good life but still kept a code. No innocents was to be killed not will they plunder which was easy to do considering the world they lived in. Many years later, they decide to make a home of their own with their own rules. Using their finances, they was going to build a city. Only people housed was soldiers, mercenaries, and killers but they had to live by their rules which was their code. He knew this was going to be filled with tribulations but he was determined to make this city be build.
