Before you start, please read this public announcement. Seeing how I had the idea of split personality that's gonna allow me to make the novel quite better in the future, I've decided to go back and fix all the previous chapters before posting new ones.
Now, I need your help. Comment here with everything you liked or not about this novel, the more comments, the better I can rework what needs to be reworked and keep what is already perfect. Also, gimme reviews.
BUT DON'T WORRY, SINNER's FALL WILL COME BACK BETTER, STRONGER, AND HARDER THAN EVER.
PA OVER.
Richard walked under the sun, still bummed by being cockblocked. He had gone back home and hidden his ill-gotten gains. Or "Reparations for hurt feelings." as he called them.
He didn't see Rochelle anywhere. But the card he had left her was gone. Richard enjoyed thinking about the hot detective running around the city looking for him. He imagined her listening through the police radio, hoping to find him by following a trail of violence. Too bad he was on incognito mode today.
The most conspicuous thing he had done was approach an elementary school playground and scream. "The republicans and your families don't want you to know this, but gay people exist! Some men love other men, and some women love other women." He continued, explaining trans people, asexuals, and when he was about to explain the facets of open relationships and cucks, a guard chased him away.
Richard felt pretty good and decided to spare the guard.
After the apartment, he decided to hit the park. What best way to get chicks other than annoy them on their morning jog? Literally, anything else. If you think approaching busy women is a good idea, give up and live a single life.
However, there are ways of going around that rule. For example. What if you used magic to make a young and attractive jogger stumble, and just as she was about on the floor you saved her?
Point in case, right now. Richard calculated the timing to perfection and had a young girl fall quite literally on his lap. Her slender arms hugged his hips under the cruel rule of gravity that wanted to pull her down.

Richard looked at the lady hugging his waist with a mixture of fake surprise and embarrassment. "Hi?" He greeted, puzzled.
"Oh my god, I'm so sorry, I just stumbled on... nothing apparently." She said, scratching her head. She could have sworn she hit a brick or something.
"No harm, no foul. By the way, I'm Richard. A pleasure to meet you." He introduced himself and offered his hand. The lady accepted and shook his hand. "Nice to meet you too. I'm Michelle." She smiled brightly, and Richard felt like the sun shone on him.
"You know, I would ask if it hurt when you fell from heaven, but I know for a fact I have soft arms," Richard said, holding back his laughter.
Michelle didn't. Her laugh tore his attempts at holding back, and the both of them laughed in harmony for a good three seconds. At the end of it, Michelle moved a strand of her blonde hair from her face, and tucked it behind her ear. "You are so corny." she smiled at him.
"Hey, it worked. I made you laugh and captured your interest." Richard said. Staring intensely at her blue eyes.
"Who said I'm interested?" She retorted, her interest piqued.
"Elementary Watson. You haven't walked away." He graciously answered.
A comfortable silence descended on the two as they examined each other. Michelle looked to be in her mid-twenties. Platinum blonde hair cascaded down her shoulders like a halo of holiness.
Unfortunately, the moment didn't last as a yellow Porsche 911 cabriolet stopped next to them. Richard looked at the driver, a snobbish dark-haired young man with a pencil mustache.
"Bonjour mademoiselle, I couldn't help but notice your beautiful... Hair from a distance." He said hair, but his eyes looked further down her back. "Would you like to go for a ride?" He asked enticingly.
(TWICE IN A ROW, THE BIG MAN UP THERE DON'T WANT YOU TO CLAP ANY CHEEKS AHAHAHAH.) Balzac's voice echoed in Richard's head.
(I've decided to let you guys hear the voices, mainly because I have use of Balzac madness to make some humor. I will retroactively fix this in the previous chapters.)
Richard looked at Michelle, expecting her to admire the car or even show interest. Contrary to his expectations, she stared in contempt at the man.
"No thanks. If I wanted to ride with a closeted homosexual, I would just answer your dad's messages." Michelle said with a bored tone.
The poor man's face turned beet red, and he seemed close to exploding when Richard burst into laughing.
"You bitch! Do you know who I am? The name is Tavian Tay-v-an, my daddy is the chairman of-" Richard's laugh abated as he approached the car.
"KILL HIM, TAKE OFF HIS PANTS AND USE TWIST TO RIP HIS JUNK, THEN SHOVE IT INSIDE OF HIS-" "SHUT THE FUCK UP BALZAC, IF YOU KEEP THIS UP WE WILL NEVER LET YOU DRIVE AGAIN."
Richard ignored the voices in his head and said. "Listen frenchie, get out of here before I..." He got closer and whispered. "Push."
The spell pressed on the car's accelerator. Richard felt pretty good and decided to show some mercy. The spell would only last for five minutes, if the jackass could maneuver a sportscar at max speed in the center for five minutes he deserved to stay alive.
The car sprinted forward with a rumble of thunder and disappeared a moment later. Michelle looked at Richard, wondering what the last thing he had said.
"What did you tell him?" She asked curiously, her blue eyes looking up at his.
"Well, how about a little deal. Your soul for the answer?" He offered with a mysterious smile that grew bigger as he felt a familiar tingle in his horns.
"That doesn't sound opportune. Poor little me, my soul is worth less than a few words." She pouted.
"How about if I escort you to lunch?" He offered his arm. Michelle looked at him and then threw her hands in the air.
"Okay, mister you win. It doesn't see much use anyway. It sits all day gathering dust." She linked arms with him. "You better make it worth my while tho." She said, pulling him forward.
"Deal." Richard smiled.
