Ferox was born on a small astroid, completely devoid of life besides a few blue slimes. He was one of those slimes... or at least similiar.

He was almost 9 times as big as the rest and had a functioning brain, alot smaller than some of it's size should have since it didn't to worry about stuff like breathing, eating, processing food, or other things that take up brain soace. So all of it's power was focused on thinking.

For the first few thousand years he just thought. Slowly, a Soul formed, most not highly sentinent craetures weren't born with a Soul and had to live a long time to obtain one.

The Soul was born into a body without sight, without colour, without touch or pain. It just existed, and thought.

Slowly the Soul learned to sort of 'see' it's surroundings, then even control them to a minor extent. It's will and power grew as it thought, and thought, and thought. It absorbed other slimes, growing to almost the size of an elephant, it took to coating itself in rocks, some even inside itself, allowing it to interact with things, and not just slime over them.

It was immune to just about everything, and had a high resistance to others, but even it couldn't survive a Supernova. It's brain was melted to a soup and disappeared, it felt it's intelligence seep away, but the Soul stayed in the body. Finding that it actually survived, they weren't right next to the star, but parts of the nova hit them.

It was blasted off into space, floating for who knows how long, slowly the Soul grew stronger and smarter. Finally discovering there were quite a few molecules in space to interact with, dark matter.

So much dark matter passed through his body and got stuck in the unnatural subsatance that is soon became a part of him.

After another long strecth of time his body was more dark matter than slime, then it was just a shell surrounnding the dark matter, finally all the slime drifted apart. Leaving behind a mass of dark matter inhabited by a now ancient and powerful Soul, while not yet able to manipulate dark matter, it could manipulate all the different elements and atoms it found floating around in space.

Eventually it landed on strange planet called 'earth'
