Synopsis
Brewing beer ain’t so bad—unless you’re a Dark Lord trying to wreck a whole village.
Eric Wilson, a burnt-out craft beer fanatic from modern Chicago, escapes his soul-sucking corporate job only to find himself mysteriously reincarnated as Lord Eldritch, the dark overlord of a sinister wasteland fortress. Thrust into a world far from his cozy brewing dreams, Eric’s new goal is as simple as it is strange: survive long enough to find his way back home—if he can dodge Eldritch’s enemies and allies alike.
But the dark overlord’s role comes with some... complications. Eric’s brewing skills may be unmatched, but they aren’t much help when he’s got battles to command, orcs to manage, and a fortress full of shady sorcery. And with every new confrontation, Eric realizes that escaping this twisted second life might cost him more than he bargained for.
Facing betrayal at every turn, he’s haunted by Eldritch’s blood-soaked history and the creepy relics left behind, all while trying to build trust with unexpected allies like a crafty goblin and a healer with secrets of her own. As Eric’s brewing talent stirs up unexpected alliances, he’s forced to choose between returning to his old life and seizing his new power to take on an epic brewing mission like no other.
The stakes? Eric’s soul and sanity—and maybe even a shot at redemption if he’s got the guts to see it through.
