Outskirts of Launa kindom .

In a lush and green forest  there was a place where in one side there was a steep cliff whereas the other side a tall moutain .

From an above view one could see four dots sprinting in a rather thin road on a moutain , to be specific one could only travel by foot as there were too many obstacles in the path like bushes and boulders .

A young woman with pink hair and purple eyes wearing white and gold dress shouts while panting heavily  " sister still how much longer do we need to run ?, I m really tired"

"Anna , don't bother your sister . I had warned you that this was going to be a tiresome plan execute and you didn't need come " says a young man with golden hair who looked like he was in mid twenties 

Anna ,the pink haired woman hmphs at him while and says while pouting " how could you expect me to leave my sister's side . I m the only one who can heal in this party , how could I trust my sisters's life to others !? especially a crazy bastard like you William "

A rather mature woman with purple hair and red eyes shouts "both of you shut up ! . We need to hurry  and complete the flank over the demon troops and Anna you need to stop whining , what Willam said isn't wrong so stop whining and speed up " 

A bald yet beautiful woman with big purple eyes and slender waist  was carrying a huge rainbow colour crystal on pedestal on  her head .

She was carrying the huge pedestal effortlessly while jumping a medium sized bouder . Despite this her speed didn't slow down ,she was maintaining  a uniform pace .

Her black and gold robes fluttered as she breezes through the obstacles in her path.

The bald yet beautiful woman says " Sophia don't scold her , what she said is not wrong  . Little sister Anna please bear a few more minutes , we ll reach out target destination soon . We ll be able to change the tide of war between humans and demons as long as we complete this mission ." 

William laughs " change the tides ? We ll completely obliterate the elite demon army . I can't wait to see their faces when they realise that they can't use their mana . All though this rainbow crystal is a prototype I made  in a hurry , I can guarantee it is more than enough to make the demons feel despair ."

The pink haired woman snorts at his words  " do you think without holy knights your plan will be successful ? You should thank me for convincing the church to go with your plan" 

William looks at her boringly  " yes , yes without our little Anna this would not have been possible " 

When William said this he truly meant it because both the rainbow crystal and holy knights belonged to the holy church, without her recommendation  things wouldn't have been so smooth .

The holy knights were crucial for this plan to work . The anti mana field generated by the device he made  nullifies everyones mana within the perimeter  including their own . This device was truly a double edged sword but thankfully holy power was vastly different from mana others use . So the holy knights won't be suppressed .

He was following them since only he knew how to activate it .

William intended to only bring three  people during the mission . First One was ofcourse him . 

The second person was Sophia since only a mage like her with abundant magic power could charge the rainbow crystal .

The third person was 

Lessi . William had quite an impression of this woman , she might be a bald yet beautiful woman but her strength was absolutely terrifying. Only she could carry something like the rainbow device through moutains .

As for fourth person .....let's not mention her . He would feel a severe headache if he did so .

Anna says" by the way are we sure noone will detect us ? "

Sophia smirks " which demon would be free enough to come here when they are absolutely dominating the battlefield . Not to mention I don't even see a bird flying in the sk....." Suddenly  Sophia founds something amiss . She senses an existence with huge amount of mana field approaching them from the front .

She panics "stop and raise your guard  quickly i sense something approaching at rapid speed and..

..........his mana field much bigger than ours ".

Soon a black figure streeked  through the sky .

Lessi stops and saw a black a figure with bat like wings " it's a demon , a demon of count rank  atleast" 

William was quick to uptake he approached the pedestal the lessi was carrying and casted a spell with a large pen like thing  " unlock " a white  bit of mana came out of the pen and landed on the pedestal .

Soon all the inscriptions on pestal light with bright light .  Then he hurriedly shouts at Sophia " Sophia quick . Pour in 10 % of your mana into the rainbow crystal .

Sophia uses her magic cane and presses it on the rainbow crystal 

. Soon huge amount of mana was poured in . 

William " with this we can make the demon unable to use magic but the same goes for us ......Lessi please continue moving forward and make sure to the demon is within the 50 meters " 

William then shouted " the rest of you , quickly retreat with me outside of the range of the rainbow crystal " 

Then William , Sophia and Anna retreated and charged their spells .

William was brought out scrolls from his spatial ring while Sophia chanted the spell continuously .

Meanwhile Anna was extremely worried about her sister , she too chanted a mantra " holy barrier "  and casted it upon her sister .

A barrier was enveloped lessi . Lessi really wanted to fight the demon head on but he the duty to protect the the rainbow crystal .

Finally the demon slowed down and hovered over lessi . 

"Um.. hi ..can you tell me which side launa kingdom is ?" The demon asks politely .

Lessi stared at the demon without blinking . The demon had refined aura , he was extremely handsome and muscular . He had long silky black hair , fair skin and his upper body was naked his lower half was covered with black and silver robe . The robe was majestic signaling that the demon belonged to royalty .

If not for the fact that two curved horns grew out from the eye sockets and his foot looking like that of a goat he would have been perfect and two proud black wings

William who was well read quickly noticed the unique features of the demon and was shocked " isn't he the de...demon prince !?"
