The Green fighter decided to leave that awkward area. The new recruit acts like he never talked to a person before. Who starts a conversation about war? He greeted everybody who he came in contact with and made it to the meeting hall. “So, thoughts on the potential Silver fighter.” Trey asked, “He seems alright, but I don’t like his social skills.” James the green fighter said. “So, what, who cares if he doesn’t act like you, all that’s important is what you gathered about him.” blue fighter responded. James placed a hand to his chin and closed his eyes while pondering for a minute. This is strange, usually I’m able to deduce a person's character from just looking at him, but nothing about him seems normal. “I think I need more time around him.”
“Well, I don’t know about you, but his fighting ability was stupendous in the interview.” Susan responded, “I watched it and it looked like the instructor couldn’t even withstand his blows.” she said punching the air. Retro Stalker didn’t know this, but what he actually applied for wasn’t any average recruitment, but a search for the new member of the fighter's squad. If everyone knew this was an opportunity to join the team, then the office would be flooded with people looking for a spot, and it would be impossible to interview them all. That’s why the application process is disguised as a regular interview. “Something about him seems familiar.” the purple fighter said, her voice was a bit muffled by the mask, so it made her already soft voice even harder to hear. Everyone looked at her, “I just can’t put my finger on it.” she said replaying the interview video taken of Retro Stalker. “Let’s examine him more and then come up with the final conclusion on whether we should let him join the Squad or not.” Trey announced, the other nodded in agreement with their leader. James exited the room and headed to his dorm. He opened the door and saw Retro Stalker typing away on his laptop. “Yo, Max, I’m heading back to the gym. Want to join me?”

“No thank you, I’m busy working right now.”
The gym? What even is that? "Oh, that's too bad, I was hoping I could see how well you fight." I couldn't help but pay attention after that. I enjoy showing off my power to those weaker than me, and no it's not because everyone I've met is stronger than me in some capacity.
"Sure, why not. I don't mind joining you in a friendly sparring session." I said, Blue fighter smirked at that and led the way to the 'gym'.
