[https://pbs.twimg.com/media/GGEH1oBW0AAGTnE?format=jpg&name=large]Due to some health problems, I could not finish today’s chapter. I am ahead of the released material by four chapters, but I don't consider those to be finished. Sometimes I even go back to edit some stuff that I already released if I’m not satisfied with it. But now let’s explain some of the map.
So I thought I'd upload this instead. Our story takes place in the village of Younen. Around three thousand people inhabit this large valley. It is surrounded by mountains on all sides. Some might find the shape of those mountains peculiar...
Uraddori is the other town we know of. With a population of sixty-five thousand, the mining town is run by criminals and protected by five brave people called Five Champions.
The town of Youren with its twenty-four thousand headcount is much more populated than its sister-village Younen, but other than some churches and now the burnt-down orphanage nothing of important is located there. This is the town Puppet Master's people attacked.
The City of Whitestone is the most important city of this region. It is the capital city of Sats. The beautiful white marble that covers every building is sought after all around the world. It is also the place where the country's Cleaner Headquarter is located. A staggering forty-three million people call this place home.
This tale has been unlawfully lifted from Royal Road; report any instances of this story if found elsewhere.
The country of Sats is also known as the land of misery or the land of misfortune. In chapter nine (Where Gods Meet) we met the prime minister of Sats: Ursula Ultmann. She is an opportunistic woman who chooses her allies carefully. She does not pick fights with the other leaders, and what kept her in charge all this time was her political prowess. She likes to punch down, but she rolls over when she feels threatened. Most of the Valhal'Al is located within Sats' borders, making the 'land of misery' label fitting.
Valhal'Al is not on the map but it’s not that far away. Otherwise known as the country of eternal war. No one knows when it began but one day one overhuman started it. Some dark twisted power that consumes the mind of a fighter and makes them battle until their body stops moving. This spreads from one person to another. Some call it the revenge of a pacifist who cursed all who try to plunder and kill to do it till their last breath. Atla Sciron was tasked with the destruction of this phenomena at all costs. About six months ago a man returned from Valhal'Al without being consumed by the bloodthirsty rage it exudes. This was never heard of before. He came back with knowledge on how to survive within the borders of Valhal'al without losing his mind, and after some successful test runs the cleaners sent Atla to put an end to it four months ago. Now, after countless centuries the borders of Valhal'al stopped expanding. He might return to his family soon, but until then, they have to deal with what's to come alone.
Next week's chapter drops early on Thursday! Until then I hope you’ll have fun reading, if not my story, maybe someone else’s!
