Far far away in a distant future, in a different solar system, where the sun is so hot and bright, that it would in our perspective only land in the very upper left side of the Hertzsprung-Russel diagram, on an uninhabitable planet, a flower sprouted. It survived the heat, the unimaginable radiation, the incoming asteroids and empty space near the planet. Something our scientists would never understand or even imagine happened. It was like the old story about life being always stronger than death and living things adapting to every circumstance and environment, only on way bigger scale.

Something similar to our atmosphere developed on the planet over time and the surface of the planet received lesser and lesser asteroid bombardment. The boiling seas ceased and the surface of the planet started resembling our earth, only with the slight difference that there was still incomparable radiation, so strong that even a tiny bit would be enough to kill us, the whole humanity on earth in seconds.

But nevertheless, living things conquered the planet!

"Hey, John stop dreaming and concentrate on the things the teacher said" whispered my long time friend Frank. I slightly opened my eyes to only see his bulging arm muscles in his tight fit T-shirt right beside me. "Shut up" was my sleepy answer. Although he had the stature of a dragon amongst men, he had the character of an honest, but scared slime. "Come on John, I know you are smart and can easily pass the initial exam to adulthood, but you still need to listen to our mentor." I sighted and fully opened my eyes, stretched my arms and yawned, which got to the attention of our homeroom teacher. His face darkened and he promptly asked me in a rude manner: "John of the unknown house, can you tell me the reason, why we in the future will not see distant stars anymore?"

An easy question for me and everyone else, I guess she is lenient with me.

"Because dark matter is pushing our galactic pocket from the other gravitational stabilized pockets faster and faster. Therefore our universe is expanding more rapidly and even if we try now to start a spaceship with an antimatter fusion reactor, we will not reach another pocket for a very long time. Add to that the nothingness, wich is needed to pass and it is quite impossible to do it."

" And what is dark matter?"

Ahhh she got me, with this for our level impossible to answer question...just kidding.

" Dark matter is real matter enclosed in the fourth dimension. Most likely enormous suns or past collapsed universes gave rise to massive black holes, which at their end of life closed up to seal real matter in the fourth dimension and reversed its gravitational aspect to some degree . Nowadays we can only use a fraction of its power to fuel reverse gravitational pull."

The teacher gave me a dark look and continued his lesson.

After hours with cries of surprise from Frank like:" Absorber of hydrogen! A fire mage!" or " Incredible he can fuse his intent with carbon and belongs now to the renowned diamond creator family of the earth household!"

I really was pissed off. I hate two things the most: crowds and noise, which happened to be often in pair. You wonder why Frank is my friend? I have no idear! He was from the first time I saw him, like glue attached to me, till I accepted my fate.

"John... Please come forth"

Mark the slight pause he made.

I stand up and go to the quantum computer.

It scanned over my body, which I till then could not see from my seat.
