I was lost, yes you heard it right. I am damn lost in this forest.

After my last experiment with that thing, I couldn't bear to increase my strength attribute again and I was beginning to use words I have never used probably because of my dreams.

[ Martial arts status:- Misty elephant body ( Not learned ) , Blending ( level 1 )

Body status :- Strength:- 7 , Endurance:- 7, Agility :- 8 , defense:- 6 , 2 remaining points too add ]

This was the status. I learned the skill easily since it was just a set of body hardening and aura restraining, supposedly people who have good senses can sense many things including future danger. According to the book, it has a total of 7 levels. Though, the current only supreme master of society has only cultivated it till Rank 4. This word cultivation is basically using the natural energy to harden your body, internal organs, increasing functioning of some body parts specifically, some special effects too sometimes, depending on what type of martial art you are learning.

Like the current misty body will not only strengthen my body but will also make it highly compatible with dark martial arts. There is no clarification on the basis of elements in this world. But people still prefer to choose techniques of the same elements. It speeds up the process, besides every element has their good and bad points.

Blending was just a common camouflage art which basically let you merge in. It was non element affiliated but an important art for everyone in case of accidents.

Now..if someone intentionally didn't try to find me or his senses are high every second, it's very difficult to see me. My heartbeat and even the rate at which I breathe decreases.

A guy with ashy hair in silk clothes was on his knees begging to stop killing other people. One look was enough to tell he is green. His clothes were messy as well as his hair like someone has pulled them.

They burned the carriage and took all the money. Let's be honest here, I was pretty shaken up after this bloody scene in front of him. A huge amount of charcoal gas was spread around me but I still held on in fear of them returning. That lighting fast sword isn't something I can take on my own and expect for an auxiliary art, I have nothing.

I have nothing to do since I had lost my way already, so i started waiting for someone else to come this way and besides this place started feeling safe now that I think about it. Bandits will not return here for no reason, animals fear fire greatly so they too will avoid it.

It's already night and warmth from the burned carriage was providing me satisfaction since it's the time of the year when the two to three nearby provinces are extremely cold. Like in dreams it too has 4 seasons in the empire as I know, Summer, autumn, rainy, winter in sequence. The timing is different though, one season lasts for almost 9 to 10 months more than thrice in my dream world. I was thinking weird things like who killed my sister and everyone and sometimes about my dreams. The guy who feels so similar to me and the guy who's name I have taken. According to my knowledge, I have some theories. Like reincarnation, time travel of mind, I could be at both places at this time ( It's a paradox ) , It could also be virtual simulation, or hallucination due to drugs since the human mind is incapable of such lengthy hallucinations and with such effect. The possibilities were many if not endless for me. I may be a researcher in robotics and bioengineering but that's just to fulfill my dream. I used to study all sorts of books when I got bored sometimes. As for the system, I have a vague idea.

" Eh, what...." I saw something shiny as silver under ashes. I quickly got up and took it out as I blew my hand because of the heat. It was a piece of paper folded. I slowly patted as I cleaned it up a bit.

It was a map without a doubt. There were lakes probably, mountains and some other symbols. Well, since I can't read it properly then I decided to leave it at that.

' Wait a min...how about I..." Suddenly something clicked so I took out the map and started checking it. Then I realised a thin line from the side of the forest to the Anoka city which is also borderline between Marcos province and Farukh province. After I saw this line and connected it with the sun's direction. It was pretty easy. I smiled helplessly as I knew all of this happened because of my rashness. I didn't make plans and so...maybe I will rely on that dream experience a little bit.

1 day later

" Fucking yeah...I am out finnaly. " I screamed a bit, gaining attention. So, an assassin gaining attention is never a good thing so I quickly put my hood as I covered my dark hair and mask just to cover my face which has a bit of freckles. It's not an unusual dress since it's winter and many people wear clothes which makes them warm.

I just paid 8 copper coins as I was on foot. Animals or carriage took different amounts of money depending on the animal or person too.

" Finally I am here. Time to meet that guy which maddy recommended " I murmured under my breath.

The guy who was a waiter in Avenue pub. It was a classy pub in this city. After a bit of asking I reached there. It was a decent size pub in my opinion and condition too from outside.

I simply sat down as I recalled what he said. I took out a figurine of a girl in her nudes and put it on the table. A moment later, a brown haired guy in dress according to the dress code appeared, grey colored pants and grey colored( I am sorry, If I name some clothes wrong ) with a towel around his waist.

He just came as he gave a menu and silently took the figurine in his pocket. I saw it with one eye but didn't show any reaction.

I silently ate without making much sound, wiped my mouth and took a room in a cloud inn not much further away.
