"Holy shit! Holy shit!" The panicked screams came from Trevor, attempting to reload his newly equipped Chimano 88 pistol.
"Stop being such a pussy!" Revy shouted at Trevor but her eyes were locked onto her targets as she continued shooting from Sword Cutlass, two handed like usual.
It was in the night for this operation to take action. Mr. Chang's drug delivery was intercepted and stolen by another group. Probably some fresh into Roanapur, wannabe big names like many others before whose names weren't engraved in anyone's memory. Such problems like this didn't happen often but weren't unusual. Still troublesome and a problem, and problems must be solved, and the solution was bullets. So after gathering intelligence as to where the drugs may have gone, which was quick and easy for the Triad, Mr. Chang decided to call Lagoon Company for their assistance. But right before the call, he remembered the Canadian driver not ever shooting a gun, or yet owning a gun since joining the Triad. All he ever did was dodge and hide from danger. Which was fine for the driver to do, and actually beneficial, but being able to fight back would make him a slightly more valuable asset. So Mr. Chang offered Lagoon Company the job for getting the drugs back and training the Canadian driver, Trevor, in the process. Strange, Dutch thought, but nothing suspicious. A standard job of eliminating all targets and retrieving the stolen drugs from a warehouse.
"Is that all?" Revy could not see or hear anybody else. She ran, jumped and shot around the entire warehouse. All ten targets were dead. Certainly a small operation.
"It looks like we're clear," Dutch confirmed from the platform above.
Revy sighed. "This was too easy. These cocksuckers were nothing but amateurs." She only had to reload her guns once the entire time. Of course Dutch would not have accepted the job if he knew it was too dangerous. The raid was way too easy for what Revy was used to.
"We're cool? We're safe now?" Trevor asked Revy. His panic is gone but still jittering from adrenaline.
The tale has been illicitly lifted; should you spot it on Amazon, report the violation.
"Yeah, almost. Just get the drugs back and we're all finished."
"That was really cool, Revy." Trevor extended his arm up. Hand open but not fully like he's ready for a strange version of a high five, so Revy thought. She wasn't interested in any approval from the lanky alien.
"Let's get this over with," Revy said as she walked away from Trevor's compliment.

It was now dawn. Near the ocean gathered the four from the Lagoon Company , Trevor, and Trevor's boss.
"Nicely done, everyone!" exclaimed Mr. Chang. "Trevor, smokes."
"Okay, Mr. Chang." replied Trevor as he quickly shifted to Mr. Chang's side, putting a cigarette in his mouth and lighting it for him. Revy, Dutch and Rock thought it was one of the stranger things they've seen in their lifetime. It was hard to precisely point out why it was so strange, but something felt like this was a regular routine for Trevor, even before he joined the Triad.
"Glad to have Trevor get some experience. He's still seen as a rookie by the others, but he can dodge bullets like Neo, and that's a strong skill."
"He's welcome to work with us again," Dutch said with a smile.
"Dutch, are you serious? This guy barely did anything!" Revy was in great disbelief.
"He didn't cause us any trouble and he certainly knew how to shoot. If we get some compensation, of course. Depending on the job."
"Dispatch? Hmm." Mr. Chang gave a look of deep thought for a moment until he shot his head up with glee. "I like that! I do have a couple of slackers who could do the driving for me, and it hasn't been very eventful on our end as of late. It's a deal!"
Mr. Chang and Dutch locked hands and shook. When the two shakes were dealt with, Mr. Chang and Rock's eyes locked. The grin on Mr. Chang's face dropped.
"Rock."
"Mr. Chang."
Revy was looking the other way, away from the scene. "This is the stupidest fucking thing ever."

THE TRIAD: TREVOR
Trevor was from a trailer park in Nova Scotia. He may not seem much, but he has been involved in a number of criminal activities back in Canada. With that being said, he seems to be a lot like me when I first joined, which is odd considering his background. He's currently working under Mr. Chang after trying to go back home from a concert in New York. I'm not sure how that made him land in an airport in Thailand, but that's what happened. Now he's with us on some of the jobs to get a feel for the business other than being a driver. He's not the toughest and, sad to say, far from the brightest, but he might have what it takes to survive here.
