Chapter 2 : My New Life

its been 6 years since i was born in this world. my parents named me "Varan Reid" since my family name is Reid

at first its really hard for, being a infant i cant even move around and i dont understand the language here. but thankfully lookslike my  body here is better thatn my previous body.

when i hit my first year, i can already understand most of everday words that used here. but of course i wont say a sngle word until im atleast 2 years old (its kinda creepy for a infant to talk you know).

so for my first 2 years in this world, everyday i make a plan for everything. since this is my new world, my new life i want to make it interisting.

im gonna do what i wanna do, not what my parents want me to do. in sort im gonna have fun in this world ^^.

a month after i celebrate my 2nd year of age, i make my first word to my mother. even until now i still remember her face when i say "Mommy". its a face that only the happiest mother in the world can make, and later that night my family have a little celebration.

oh i forget to tell you guys. my family is a small noble family in the cloud village.

this world that i live now is called GAIA, apparently in this world human is not the only resident of this world.

in this world there are 5 big race that rule the world,there areThe long life Elf, The Brute Orc, The dexterity Dwarf, the water dweller Nymph and us Human. but aside from this 5 race there also another race, its just that they are far inferior in number that this 5

this 5 big race split this world into 5 sector.

Humans live in the Nevareth Continent

Elf live in the Ruiler Continent

Orc live in the Loka Continent

Dwarf live in the Alphen Continent

Nymph live in the  Olean Continent

by the way before i forgot, in this world the 5 big race only occupy half of the world, the other half? well in here its called "Demon Continent"

theres a reason why demon occupy half of the world. they strong + smart + talented, their magic is stronger than elf, their brute is stronger than orc thats why they occupy half of the world while we only get another half.

anyway, here in Nevareth Continent we have 10 Kingdomswith each kingdom rule about 10 millions square kilometers.

please tell me that you guys shocked because i do, if a kingdom have a teritory of 10 millions square kilometer i cant imagine how big this world is.

anyway my home is locate in Eadin Kingdom, in here we have 10 first rate city and under them there are 100 seond rate city, my house locate in a village in the city of Ewia. well even a 2nd rate city usually govern around 1000 until 10000 village. so now you must understand that my place only a little bit of a grain in the world.

my mother is a 5th doughter of a noble in the city if Ewia, when she is young she make a trip to nearby village to inpect it, but in the middle of the way her caravan got attack by Ferocius Beast. when everyone almost got killed my father show up and kill that beast.

my father is a hunter, a hunter is the most dangerous and the most respected job, because to be a hunter you need to be atleast rank 6 warior cultivation or rank 5 mage cultivation and if you qualify for that rank you will get tested, only after you pass the test you will be recognize as a hunter.

after my father save my mother they seem to be hit each other and a year after they meet, they got married. at first my mother parents disagree with my father, but  after long and hard persuasion they got married, they even got 1 village to govern from my grandfather.

since my father married my mother, he seem to drop his job as a hunter and settle in that village to have a peacefull life. after 3 years they got married my mother get pregnan and 9 month later i got here :P

since my father is exhunter his job is to ensure safety of this small village while my mother act a village leader. it seem in this world there is no such thing as "men is stronger than women, so women should just stay home and spread their leg". because apparently women is strong in this world, a lot of legendary mage and warior in legend consis of women.

if you ask about my life here, well since 4 years old i got my father personaly  train me. at first i knida didnt like it since its just like my previous life. but when my mother taugh me history of this world i got shocked REALLY shocked.

looks like you cant survive without strenght in this world.

so at morning my father taugh me the way of the warior, in the afternoon my mother taugh me in literatur.

this cloud village have around 1000 family and so ther are many little kids, but since my mind is not 'little' i never play with kids around my age. i use most my free time in this this world to train in the woods or to read books in the village library

right now i sit in a hill east of the village, watching the sunset with its bright orange colour in the sky. even though i know there is magic in this world but i never saw one, my father is a warior and my mother just ordinary woman, and in this small village there is no one  that can use magic.

from my knowledge (from books of course) magic user in human society is really rare, you could say among 1000 human only 1 will have the ability to perform magic, and unfortunately there is noone like that in this village.

but when i deep in though i see a smoke from far east of the village. "what is that?"
